Research On The Implementation Status And Countermeasures Of The Exchange And Rotation Of Primary School Teachers In The Region

With the continuous advancement of urbanization in China,the gap between urban and rural areas is widening,and the related policies to improve the quality of education are also increasing.The teacher exchange rotation system is to ensure that teachers balance,resource sharing,have been implemented in more than one place.However,the process of urbanization is complex and changeable.Under the stimulus of the interests of all aspects and the imperfect management system of teachers,the teachers' way of exchanging rotation is not good.This paper makes a research on the status of implementation of communication through Duanzhou District primary school teachers,firstly the background,purpose and significance of this thesis,a brief description of the main contents and methods of the research,the literature review of domestic and foreign scholars and related topics,and puts forward the research innovation.Elaborated the education equity theory,the balanced development of education,teacher professional development theory,detailed interpretation of the relevant policies on the "teacher exchange rotation".Then using the questionnaire and interview survey method to analyze,for basic information and anxiety of teachers distribution is discussed,analysis of the problems existing in the exchange of rotation of Duanzhou District primary school teachers.Although the current teacher exchange rotation agree,but there are still a lot of concerns,the number and rotation of the flow in the proportion is not high,but also the general evaluation.Finally,the analysis of the current Duanzhou District primary school teachers exchange rotation has the effect,put forward the "people-oriented" in the importance of the implementation of the policy,and put forward to solve the communication system and teacher management contradiction,rotation of the liquidity and stability of the contradictions,teachers exchange teachers and Exchange School Cultural differences in specific countermeasures.
