Poetry is the source of literature.It is a kind of literary works with concise words and rich flavor.It is the treasure and essence of Chinese culture.The teaching of classical poetry is a very important part of Chinese teaching in high school.This paper takes the theory of literary geography as the breakthrough point,and takes the current Chinese version of the PEP edition as an example to explore the new perspective and new method of teaching classical poetry in senior high schools.Through the study using the literature geography interpretation and analysis of classical poetry strategy,on the one hand to help teachers better analysis of literary works,make the teaching more targeted;On the other hand,when teachers teach reading and analyzing strategies to students,this strategy can be used as a theoretical basis for students to appreciate classical poetry,and promote the students to find the deeper literary connotation in the literary works.The main body of the thesis is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction,which mainly describes the reason,purpose and significance of the research,the current research situation,research methods and core concepts related to this topic.The second part discusses the feasibility of the application of Literary Geography in the teaching of classical poetry in high school from three aspects of the requirements of the selection and compilation of the high school Chinese textbooks,the reading teaching idea of the new high school Chinese course and the inner reading needs of the high school students.The third part mainly analyzes the content of high school classical poetry teaching in geographical space,summarizes the people education edition appeared in Chinese textbook in senior high school space types,geographical space elements and its related contents.The fourth part is in high school Chinese Textbooks of classical poetry works as the research object,research using spatial analysis method and geographic image research,regional differentiation and regional comparison of the four literary geography research methods in middle school in the teaching of ancient poetry,and put forward the applied analysis of high school classical poetry the development in strengthening the teaching strategies and teaching examples.
