With the continuous progress of information technology,educational information has entered a period of rapid development.As an important part of education information,information teaching is not only a change in traditional teaching methods,but also an inevitable trend in the development of education in the future.Teachers are the practitioners of information teaching.Whether the teacher can effectively implement the ideal vision of the school information teaching community is the key to restricting the development of the school information teaching.The execution of information teaching is the practice and implementation of teachers' vision for the development of information teaching in schools,and also a feedback for the idea of organizational managers.At present,the research perspective about teachers' executive power mainly focuses on how to improve the theoretical research of teaching execution,and there is no deep explanation for its implication and constituent elements.Therefore,by combing the related research achievements of execution and information teaching both at home and abroad,this study uses empirical research methods to establish a preliminary theoretical model of teachers' information teaching execution.Combining the concrete practice of the development of the elementary school teachers' information-based teaching execution,a reasonable strategy is put forward to improve the level of the implementation of the elementary school teachers' information teaching.First of all,this study expounds the background,theoretical value and practical significance of the implementation of teachers' information teaching,and reviews and summarizes the related research and literature about the implementation of information technology teaching at home and abroad.On the basis of this,the concepts of executive force,information teaching ability and teaching execution are defined.It also puts forward the concept of teacher information teaching execution,and makes a contrast and distinction with the ability of information teaching and the implementation of information teaching.Secondly,through reading a lot of documents,we hypothesized the executive motivation,capacity elements and key links of the implementation of information-based teaching execution,initially established the model of teachers' information teaching execution and completed the cycle correction.Then,according to the established teacher information teaching executive force model design questionnaire,select the part of the primary school teachers to carry out questionnaires and interviews.The present situation of the teachers' information teaching execution is investigated and the data analysis is completed to form the investigation conclusions and to complete the analysis of the causes.Finally,the results show that there are still many problems in the implementation of information-based teaching of primary school teachers.In view of the problems existing in the implementation of information teaching in primary schools,a reasonable strategy for improving teachers' information teaching execution is put forward.It is hoped that through the continuous learning and efforts of the society,schools,principals and teachers,we can jointly enhance the implementation of information teaching in primary school teachers,so as to ensure the realization of the development goal of information teaching in schools.With the continuous development of information technology teaching,teachers' execution will get more attention,teachers for the execution of the process of information technology in education and school information teaching development goal and the realization of student information learning ability is very important.Hope to constantly enrich its connotation in the follow-up study,establishes the theoretical model more scientific and rigorous,and through repeated practice summed up the strategy to promote more effective,ensure the realization of the school information teaching development goals,promote the process of national education information.
