The integrated development of information technology in the field of education has promoted the deep reform of education and teaching.Information teaching ability is a key element for the construction of high-quality professional teachers in an information society,and it is a necessary professional ability for teacher development,and it is a necessary condition for promoting educational informationization.In recent years,in order to comprehensively improve teachers' information literacy,improve the quality of primary and middle school teachers,and promote the development of teacher informationzation create a new situation,a series of policies and regulations were promulgated,such as "Opinions on Comprehensively Deepening the Reform and Construction of Teachers in the New Era","Action Plan for Teacher Education Revitalization(2018-2022)","Action Plan for Education Informationzation 2.0","Opinions on Implementation of the Excellent Teacher Training Plan 2.0".In this context,this research focuses on the information teaching ability of primary school teachers.It Investigates the development of information teaching ability of primary school teachers through a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods.And it analyzes the influential factors of primary school teachers' information teaching ability to explore ways to improve information teaching ability.This study is based on teacher professional development theory,teacher information technology application competency standards,and teachers' information teaching ability development theory.By referring to existing literature of research on teachers' information teaching ability,from a theoretical level,it analyzes and clarifies the dimensions of primary school teachers' information teaching ability--information literacy,teaching integration and learning development.On this basis,it consults the front-line teachers and relevant experts to construct an index system for evaluating the information teaching ability of primary school teachers.Developing and designing questionnaires and interview outlines for primary school teachers' information teaching ability,it uses extreme group comparison and factor analysis methods to explore and verify the questionnaires to determine the questionnaire of the primary school teachers' information teaching ability.After analyzing the data obtained from the questionnaire survey,it was found that the level of information teaching ability possessed by primary school teachers generally conforms to the requirements of the informationzation era.Primary school teachers have a high level of consciousness and attitude,information responsibility,resource preparation,teaching process and communication and collaboration.However,the basic skills,evaluation and diagnosis,self-reflection,and research and innovation ability are insufficient.Among them,the basic skills and research and innovation ability are seriously insufficient.Combined with interviewing front-line teachers,it knows the current status of information teaching ability and find hidden problems from multiple perspectives,and summarize the teacher factors,school factors and social factors that affect the information teaching ability of primary school teachers.Based on this,combined with the actual situation,it puts forward countermeasures for the development of teachers' information teaching ability,which are improved from three aspects of teacher subject strategies,school environment strategies and social power strategies.Teacher subject strategies include strengthening information teaching concept,attaching importance to the participation of teaching practice,and deepening the research and innovation awareness;School environment strategies include playing the role of leaders,improving the construction of an informationenvironment,playing the exemplary role of excellent teachers,and reforming the teacher training model;Social power strategies include improving the national policies and systems,increasing investment in education,and promoting the support of social forces.
