Research On Compulsory Education For Children Of Floating Population In Luoping County, Yunnan Province

The concept of floating population is a derivative concept under the household registration system with Chinese characteristics,and the children of floating population are a special group that flows with their parents.Because children still lack the ability to live independently,children often follow their parents' movements to move their place of residence.The children of floating population refer to those who follow their parents or relatives to leave their domicile and live and live in other provinces and cities.Although the social phenomenon of migrant children has attracted a lot of attention,there is no uniform definition of this group.This article mainly discusses and studies the education problems of Luoping floating population's children in the compulsory education stage.Luoping county is a hot tourist city,the economy is more developed,a large number of people enter Luoping to work,the influx of floating population makes it difficult for the existing public schools in Luoping county to meet the needs of their school.The problem has not been solved well and is in the state of evolution and development.Based on this,this article takes the children of the floating population in Luoping County as the research object.Through the means of literature analysis,comparative study and investigation and analysis,this paper investigates and studies the problem of compulsory education for the children of the floating population in Luoping County,and puts forward the relevant theories of public products,educational equity,human capital and social integration.The corresponding solutions should be taken to promote the settlement of educational problems in the compulsory education stage of the floating children in Luoping county.The organizational structure of this paper is as follows: the first part is an introduction,which introduces the background of the thesis and puts forward relevant research contents and methods on the basis of understanding.The second part defines the core concepts and basic theories that need to be used in this paper.The third part mainly introduces the basic situation of the children's compulsory education of the floating population in Luoping county.From the basic situation of the floating population in Luoping County,the current situation of the compulsory education of the children of the floating population in Luoping county is grasped.The fourth part analyzes the main education problems in the process of compulsory education for the children of the floating population in LuopingCounty,and analyzes the causes of the two aspects of policy and non policy.The fifth part gives relevant solutions,starting from the basic ideas of problem solving and corresponding management strategies,and promoting the solution of problems.
