A healthy body is a sign of social progress.Personal health is a prerequisite for a happy life.The physiological health of middle school students is not only related to the development of individuals,but also to the future of the nation.Physical health education for middle school students helps to fundamentally increase the health awareness of middle school students,develop good habits and lifestyles,thereby improving the level of physical health of middle school students and improving the overall national strength of the Chinese nation.This article first analyzes the related theories of the school-based curriculum development,introduces the related concepts of the school-based curriculum,the current status of the research,the current research status of China's physical health education;then,through questionnaires to survey the high school students interested in physical health problems,and high school students " The feasibility of physical health education was analyzed;the school-based curriculum was designed and developed in terms of curriculum objectives,curriculum content,and teaching strategies.The implementation process was discussed using specific teaching cases.Student questionnaires and classroom observations were used.Evaluate the development of the entire school-based curriculum.To achieve the overall goal of the school-based curriculum development:to acquire physical health knowledge,strengthen awareness of disease prevention and self-care;to master some methods of self-care,to form an optimistic and positive attitude towards life;to develop good living habits and to form healthy ones lifestyle.Based on reading a large amount of literature,this study summarized the research status and theoretical basis of school-based curriculum.Based on the curriculum objectives of the high school "physiological health education" biology school-based curriculum and the analysis of student needs,the contents of four modules including"nutrition and health,scientific brain use,adolescent reproductive health,and common sports injuries and prevention" were compiled.Finally,the results of the development and implementation of the school-based curriculum were evaluated using student questionnaires and teacher classroom observations.According to the analysis of the data,through the implementation of biology school-based curriculum of "physiological health education" in senior high schools,students' interest in learning has been greatly improved.Teaching strategies are diverse and diverse,enabling students to change their learning styles and enable them to learn to learn.Moreover,multiple evaluation methods can regulate students'learning process and tap students' potentials and advantages.At the same time,the students' physique was also obviously enhanced.Good health is the foundation of learning and life.With a healthy constitution,the results can also be improved,and the overall quality has been greatly improved.From the effect of curriculum implementation and evaluation,it has completed the set of curriculum goals and achieved the expected teaching results.
