In mid July 2014, "national student physical health standard" (hereinafter referred to as the "standard") was revised in the Bureau of education and Sports Bureau under the guidance, focus on improving the reliability, validity and indexing, enhance teaching, incentive function, regulating the feedback and guidance movement, promote the ability to support education and testing performance evaluation. But before this, "the implementation of the compulsory education curriculum of physical education and health programs in JiangSu province" (hereinafter referred to as the "plan") in 2014 January has been issued, slightly delayed in time. The basic role of new "standard" is the students’ physical health evaluation standard, and the change of evaluation index indicates that the "implementation plan" in the teaching content arrangement, teaching content and other changes in weight is not up. This paper focuses on the analysis of "standard" change, "standard" and "study" the implementation plan, and the fit of the analysis, put forward the implementation scheme of the "perfect". And will learn, limit the proportion of class learning, the choice between, should also be appropriate, teaching basic skills and interest in sports loving relationship between the development of better. "Implementation plan" teaching content requirements is strong, in addition to the limited and optional other hobbies decided by the sports teaching content, teaching basic skills should better reflect the principle of difference teaching, according to different levels, different schedule, in the "implementation plan" based on the more detailed teaching activities.
