With the national curriculum reform will continue to promote the status of "ordinary high school curriculum reform in the curriculum reform of China's important" in the fall of 2006,Fuyang City, under the guidance of the new curriculum reform began to implement and the implementation of the new curriculum. In this paper, through the investigation "analysis. Problems existing in the implementation and to solve these problems put forward some feasible suggestions.So as to promote the Fuyang City ordinary high school sports and health curriculum better implementation of the implementation of Fuyang City ordinary high school physical education curriculum.This study in Fuyang City, under the jurisdiction of the five county, using stratified sampling method selects six senior middle school as research object. By the research methods of literature data method, questionnaire survey method, interview and mathematical statistics. The main contents of this study include sports teaching goal, teaching content, teaching method, teaching organization form, learning evaluation, unreasonable occupancy PE classes and extracurricular sports activities of the implementation situation, the physical quality of the students practice implementation, the development and utilization of curriculum resources, teacher status of teachers, and teachers and students of the new curriculum implementation of attitude.Conclusion:(1) the Fuyang City ordinary high school physical education teachers mastered the basic concept of the new curriculum. This in a certain extent, is worthy of recognition. But due to lack of space, equipment shortages, coupled with the lack of curriculum implementation guidance. The new curriculum has encountered some difficulties in the implementation.(2) since the implementation of the Fuyang City of ordinary high school new curriculum- a lot of sports teachers in all aspects of teaching goal, content, method, form of organization and learning evaluation methods have taken place in the great changes.(3) the phenomenon that the physical education curriculum of Fuyang ordinary high school is not reasonably occupied, mainly in the third year.(4) Fuyang City senior middle school universal attention the student's extracurricular activities, including morning exercises, calisthenics and spontaneous extra-curricular sports activities.(5) in terms of the physical quality of the students, 62.71% of the physical education teachers arrange for students to carry out physical fitness exercises, but there are 37.29% of the physical education teachers did not arrange for students to carry out physical fitness exercises.(6)in the physical education curriculum resource development and utilization "(91.53% of PE teachers can be to the school sports venues and equipment utilization, accounting for 66.1% of the physical education teachers the knowledge of PE curriculum resources be developed and used.The occupation 55.93% of the outstanding teachers and students of curriculum resources is explored; the principal attention 52.54%; only accounted for 32.2% of the physical education teachers think schools should increase the financial support for the construction of physical education curriculum.(7) the cultural level of the structure of PE Teachers' age and seniority relatively reasonable " physical education teachers and the new curriculum requirements are basically the same. Physical education teacher's gender than 7.43:1 serious imbalance- Physical Education Teacher's scientific research ability is relatively low. Needs to be improved.(8) in Fuyang City senior high school to the new curriculum standard understanding of physical education teachers accounted for 66.1%- and accounted for 79.66% of PE teachers on new curriculum to a positive attitude. But there are still "33.9% of the physical education teachers is not very understanding" of the new curriculum standard and 20.34% of the physical education teachers to the new curriculum standard to oppose attitude. It shows that the new curriculum standards in Fuyang City ordinary high school of the propaganda is not enough.(9) for sports teachers in the training of Fuyang ordinary high school "in the form of training is simple enough.(10) in Fuyang City senior high school students of the new curriculum, degree of understanding of the overall low; accounted for 61.05 percent of students of physical education curriculum are satisfied; students through participation in physical education and achieved some gains, which accounted for 70.99 students master the method of exercise, accounted for 65.09% students to promote the physical health.(11) in Fuyang City of ordinary high school sports and health curriculum implementation of the biggest difficulty is the site equipment shortage " 93.22%.Secondly is lack of guidance course(72.88%- lack of the support of the leadership accounted for61.02%. These difficulties are important factors restricting the sports and health curriculum standards implementation.At last, the writer, according to the results of the study put forward some suggestions. Hope can help in the implementation of Fuyang City of ordinary high school sports and health curriculum.
