Research On The Appropriate Population Capacity Of Guizhou Province Based On The Constraints Of Economy, Resources And Environment

The development of the city has a moderate and reasonable population capacity.The determination of an urban ecological moderate population depends on the regional ecological bearing capacity and the regional population's demand for ecological resources.In this paper,the application of the method may be applied to the calculation of the economic and resource environmental capacity of guizhou province to study the moderate capacity of population in guizhou province.The results show that there are already excessive population and ecological deficit in guizhou province,and the contradiction is more prominent,and the current population size is very unreasonable.Therefore,Guizhou should strictly control population growth,strict protection of cultivated land,improve energy efficiency and reduce energy consumption,so as to enhance the ecological carrying capacity,reduce the ecological deficit,alleviate the population pressure of the regional environment,and promote the coordinated development of population,resources,environment and social economy.Economy and environment based on optimum population based on the research of Guizhou Province,made on the basis of progress in the related research at home and abroad,firstly by using descriptive statistics for 1986 to 2016,the population of Guizhou Province,the development status and development trend of resources environment and economic society has made the narration,and the natural population growth rate for a further observation;next,this paper uses quantile regression method at the end of 2015 to 2025 the number of population of Guizhou province is forecasted,forecast to 2020 Guizhou province total population reached 46 million 180 thousand people,Guizhou Province in 2025 to the end of the totalThe population reached 48 million 380 thousand people.Then,through different target parameters corresponding to each index per capita estimates may be satisfaction,understand the different indicators of Guizhou province population carrying capacity status.Then,through the 2010-2030 years of population,economy and society,resources and environment of three modules of predictive value,understanding in the period between the two bearing capacity of the internal system the linkage relationship of mutual influence.Through the impulse response function and variance decomposition on population and social economy,population and environment interact mechanism.Finally,according to the evaluation results,put forward to promote Guizhou province's population,resources and environment and economy and societySome countermeasures and suggestions for the development of regulation.
