With the development of the national economy and the improvement of resident’s income,parents are willing to invest more money in the education for their children,especially in the English education,which is the most widely,used language.The huge demand for children’s English education had driven the development of Children’s English training market.After more than thirty years development,the English training market in China has grown into the maturity stage.As under the background of Expanding under the current international exchange,economic globalization,especially under the background of the Belt and Road,brings big opportunity for the in-depth development of the culture and education,there is a huge market for English education and training industry and there are plenty opportunities for its grow.The education English training industry in Inner Mongolia,Hohhot started to grow a little bit later compared with other big cities in China,but it also keeps the sustainable development in this region,and so far,there are nearly dozens of English training enterprises with different scales.And at the same time,some well-known international education brand had entered into the market which had intensified the competition of English training industry in this region.LLE English training institution was established in 2001,it is one of the major English training institutions in Hohhot,Inner Mongolia.However,in recent years,with the accelerating development of the region’s English training market,the number of different sizes of English training institutions had been increased,which hinder the development of LLE English training institution and intensify the competition,the expansion of LLE slowed down,and brought serious challenge for its growth.This paper aims to provide a reference for the strategy formulation of other children’s English education training institutions in Hohhot,Inner Mongolia.Based on the theory of strategic management and development strategy,first of all,from the LLE English training institution according to the specific situation of this enterprise,to enterprise’s external environment and internal environment,accurate judgment and analysis by using PEST model to the enterprise in the face of political and legal environment,economic environment,social culture environment,science and technology,environmental aspects to analyze the macro environment.And then,the environment of children’s English training industry in the region of Inner Mongolia was analyzed.At the same time,the internal resources and capability of enterprise LLE are analyzed.Furthermore,Internal and External matrix is used to evaluate the external and internal environment of enterprise LLE.Secondly,by using SWOT analysis method,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of education institutions are analyzed.Through the combination of the Internal and External matrix and the SWOT matrix,the choice and determination of the development strategy of education institution for English training is been made,and the specific development strategy is formulated.In the end,the article puts forward the guarantee measures for the development strategy of LLE education institution,including human resources,system and corporate culture,etc.
