Objective:through the sensitive quality training for high school women football players(hereinafter referred to as "players")for 12 weeks,the effect of SAQ training method and conventional sensitive quality training method on the sensitive quality of female football team members in high school were compared and analyzed,and the factors of the difference were analyzed and the training results were entered.Scientific and effective discussion and suggestion.Method:26 senior high school women football players in Jiangyou No.1 middle school in Jiangyou,Sichuan Province,were carried out by the methods of literature,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics.The experimental study on Monday,Wednesday and Friday,according to the method of homogeneity test,was carried out.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group.The SAQ training method was used in the experimental group to carry out the sensitive quality training,while the control group adopted the routine sensitive quality training method.Before and after the experiment,all the subjects were tested with 4x10 meter return running,cross quadrant jump,triangular back reaction test,Illinois sensitive test(ball).AFL sensitive test(ball)and cross comprehensive variable direction test(ball).The six indexes of the experimental group and the control group were tested by independent sample T test.The sensitive quality of the experimental group before and after the experimental group was tested by paired sample T test,and the sensitive qualities of the control group before and after the experimental group were tested by paired sample T test.Results:(1)The experimental group members after 12 weeks of SAQ training group,compared the six indexes were statistically very significant upgrade:4*10 meters running from the average 10.593s to average 10.308s(P=0.001<0.01).cross quadrant jump from an average of 7.133s to 6.122s(P=0.001<0.01 average),back to the triangle reaction test from an average of 2.553s to 2.341s(P=0.000<0.001),Illinois sensitive testing to improve from the average 24.631s to an average of 22.34s(P=0.000<0.001),AFL increased from an average of 11.936s sensitive test to an average of 10.802s(P,=0.001<0.01)to test the average cross integrated 11.785s up to an average of 10.145s(P=0.000<0.001).(2)The control group.After 12 weeks of routine agility training,group comparison only four indexes were statistically significantly higher,respectively is:4*10 m shuttle run from an average of 10.579s up to the average 10.362s(P=0.017<0.05),back to the reaction from the triangle test the average 2.563s to average 2.362s(P=0.001<0.01),Illinois sensitive testing to improve from the average 24.247s to an average of 23.235s(P=0.02<0.05),AFL increased from an average of 12.019s sensitive test to average 11.558s(P=0.006<0.01).The other two indicators were not significantly improved in test scores:cross quadrant jump increased from average 7.013s to average 6.653s(P=0.057>0.05),and cross synthetic direction increased from average 11.678s to average 11.420s(P=0.073>0.05).(3)after 12 weeks of experiment,compared with the experimental group members of groups and members of the control,in the 4*10 m shuttle run back to the reaction.triangle test and Illinois sensitive test(the ball)had no statistically significant differences between the three indexes(P>0.05),the two groups that enhance the effect is under however,in the cross quadrant jump test,the experimental group than the control group improved more obvious(P=0.032<0.05),AFL sensitive test,the experimental group than the control group increased obviously(P=0.007<0.01),to test the comprehensive cross variable,the experimental group compared with the control group,there was significant increase(P=0.000<0.001).Conclusion:based on the above results,it is concluded that conventional training methods in the process of sensitive sensitive aspects of players has increased,but by comparison,SAQ training method to improve the quality of sensitive players more comprehensive,especially in the non directional body conversion capability,the ability to cope with the rapid pace of mobile obstacles or external stimuli,rapid decision-making ability etc.random sensitive than conventional sensitive training methods.It is suggested that the trainer should choose the training content in the SAQ training method properly and reasonably during the course of football training.
