Research purpose: Sensitive quality is an important physical quality required by football, which is the key factor affecting football technology, sports performance, and game winning.Childhood is a key period for the development of sensitive quality. In this period, targeted training can effectively improve the special sensitive quality of children’s football players.Plyometrics training,as a widely used training method,is widely used in various sports fields. Therefore, this study used the method of plyometrics training and the traditional sensitive quality training method to conduct 8weeks of experimental intervention for children’s football players, explore the influence of the plyometrics training method on the special sensitive quality of children’s football players, and compare the training effects of the two methods.Research method: This study mainly uses experimental method and mathematical statistics method to analyze the influence of plyometrics training on the special sensitive quality of children’s football players.Twenty-six campus football players aged 10-11 were selected as experimental subjects and randomly divided into experimental and control groups. The experimental group used theplyometrics training method, and the control group used the traditional sensitivity quality training method for three weekly experimental intervention for 8 weeks. Before and after the test, the two groups of members were tested for the special sensitivity quality of football.Football special sensitive quality test indicators include reaction children’s football players quick start and turn direction ability(Pro test),reaction children’s football players continuous direction and change space position ability(Illinois test),reaction children’s football players to external stimuli or signal reaction ability("T" test)and reaction children’s football players in the movement(AFL no ball test and AFL ball test). The test results of each index were analyzed after the experiment.Study results:(1)After 8 weeks of plyometrics training,Pro test performance improved significantly(P <0.01),Illinois test performance(P <0.01),"T" shape test performance(P <0.01),AFL no ball test performance(P <0.01),and AFL ball test performance was not significant(P> 0.05).(2)After 8 weeks of traditional sensitivity training,Pro test performance improved significantly(P <0.05),Illinois test performance(P <0.05),"T" test performance(P <0.05),AFL no ball test performance(P<0.05),and AFL ball test performance(P> 0.05).(3)Compared with the control group, the Pro test,Illinois test,"T" shape test, and AFL ballless test had significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Plyometrics training can significantly improve the children’s football players rapid start and turn change ability, continuous change and change space position ability, response to external stimuli or signal response ability and continuous change ability in the movement, but to improve the children’s football players continuous dribbling change ability is not significant.(2)Compared with the traditional sensitive quality training,it can better improve the children’s football players’ ability to start and turn quickly, the ability to continuously change spatial position, the ability to respond to external stimuli or signals and the continuous change in sports.
