Innovative Research On Case Teaching Method Of Marketing Courses

As an applied discipline,marketing course plays an important role in economic development,and its core position is irreplaceable in International business specialty training program.The teaching aim of secondary vocational school is to cultivate skilled talents,so the traditional cramming method can't help students to master marketing skills flexibly.Therefore,the positive application of case teaching method makes the teaching of marketing course more efficient and humane.The traditional case teaching method is still able to be used for several years,which is enough to see its important teaching significance.In order to better adapt to the diversity of the students,improve the teaching quality of the case teaching method,upgrade and improve it on the basis of the original teaching mode,so that its application effect in marketing,international business and even other professional and subject categories is further improved.This is also the embodiment of the main value of this study.This paper carefully combs the theoretical foundation and teaching experience of the past case teaching process,according to the particularity of the marketing course of the International business specialty in the secondary vocational school and the characteristics of the course,the interview and the questionnaire survey are conducted for the teachers and students,and the data feedback is analyzed by the accurate statistics.Based on the above factors,the improvement suggestion of case teaching method is finally formed.From cases,teaching processes,this paper discusses the systematic upgrading of teaching methods in four aspects of process and teaching evaluation,and puts forward some concrete implementation steps,such as establishing case library,case adaptation,building case environment,applying midwife,game guidance,formative evaluation and innovation ability development etc.This article follows the theory Foundation,and combined with the experience and observation in the teaching process,carries on the meticulous design to the upgraded teaching method,and ensures that every teaching link is fully perfected.Take its essence and discard its dross.To ensure that the improved case teaching method is scientific and effective,the teaching method in the future can actively serve the various stages of education,in order to cultivate professional and technical personnel to make contributions.
