Analysis Of The Problems And Countermeasures In The Secondary Management Of Vocational Colleges

In recent years,with the continuous expansion of the scale of vocational colleges,the reform of internal management system in vocational colleges,especially the secondary management of vocational colleges,has gradually become the focus and focus of people's attention,with the increasing number of students.The objective demand of the development of vocational colleges and the objective demands within the organization of vocational colleges and universities,the second level management mode has gradually become the management mode of vocational colleges,although most vocational colleges begin to implement the second level management mode at this stage.But the management process also faces many problems.As far as vocational colleges and universities are concerned,we must deepen the reform of internal management system and absorb and adopt advanced management concepts.Only by establishing more effective internal management system and operation mechanism and improving management efficiency and comprehensive strength can we truly meet the needs of the current economic and social development for the quality of personnel training in vocational colleges and universities.Although the structure of secondary management in vocational colleges is initially formed and the comprehensive strength among the departments is gradually increasing,the existing problems can not be ignored.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the current secondary management through interviews and questionnaires.This study focuses on the reality of these realities and the causes of the problems,as well as the relevantIV strategies to solve the secondary management problems in vocational colleges and universities.This study follows the combination of theory and practice.According to the principles of investigation and analysis,problem finding,problem analysis and solutions to the process of constructing the logic system of this paper,according to the above logic thinking,this paper is divided into four chapters:The first chapter of this paper is the introduction.According to the current situation of the management of vocational colleges and universities,this paper puts forward the research ideas and methods through the overall combing of the domestic and foreign universities and vocational colleges and secondary research status.The second chapter is the investigation design and information analysis of this study.Through the investigation of five representative vocational colleges with different scales,different levels of running schools and different academic systems in Heze City,a questionnaire survey and an interview survey are conducted.Based on the information analysis of the current implementation of secondary management in vocational colleges in Heze City,it is found that the main problems are that the responsibility and power of the second level management are not clear,the operational mechanism of the second level management is not smooth,and the internal resource allocation of the university organization is unreasonable.The executive power of college organization lacks these four aspects.In the third chapter,the causes of the problems are deeply analyzed and discussed.From the angle of the combination of theory and practice,the main reasons for the problems in the current secondary management are as follows: theconcept of management is backward.The operation mechanism is not perfect and the restriction of the original mode.The purpose of analyzing these reasons is to lay the foundation for the next chapter to solve the problem..The fourth chapter of this paper is based on the comprehensive analysis of the previous chapters to put forward solutions to existing problems,first of all,through the establishment of a scientific second management authority,clear responsibility and authority of the two levels of institutions,through the division of functions,Reconstructing scientific functional organization;secondly,establishing effective secondary management operation mechanism,including evaluation and assessment mechanism,supervision and restraint mechanism,management guarantee mechanism;third,establishing good communication and cooperation mechanism.Including the establishment of a communication and feedback mechanism to strengthen the ability of cooperation and communication among various departments.Finally,it is necessary to establish a good second-level management culture environment and establish a people-oriented management concept.By building a harmonious campus culture atmosphere,strengthening the construction and management of teachers,adjusting the resources according to the way of subject evaluation,promoting the healthy development of vocational colleges and universities.
