Preschool education is our country's enlightenment education and basic education.It is the starting link of one's study and education.It plays a decisive role in the development of one's life and plays an important role in the whole national education.In recent years,our country has formulated some important policies and regulations.The State Council's "Several Opinions on the Development of Preschool Education" promulgated in 2010 clearly states that all parts of the country should attach great importance to the cause of preschool education in accordance with the spirit of the "Outline of the National Medium-and Long-term Education Reform Box Development Plan(2010-2020)" and regard it as an important task related to the national economy and people's livelihood.This paper systematically studies the knowledge and practical experience of the professional competence of preschool education at home and abroad.Combining with the specific situation of the professional competence of preschool education in secondary vocational schools,taking the graduates of preschool education major of Shijiazhuang Y school as the research object,this paper has finished from the three dimensions of professional values,professional competence and self-competence of the graduates of preschool education major.In order to understand the current situation of vocational ability of preschool education majors in secondary vocational schools from various angles,the three-year preschool education majors' employment status and professional ability development status were investigated,and the head of the kindergarten was interviewed.Through a thorough study of the causes of the problems,we can draw the following reasons: lack of self-ability,no long-term career planning;school curriculum system,teacher management and evaluation system have drawbacks;constraints of the actual situation of employing units;lack of relevant supervision system of government departments;low social recognition.In view of the above reasons,the following countermeasures are put forward: improving self-ability,strengthening long-term career planning;strengthening the management of school teachers,improving the evaluation system and curriculum system;improving the treatment of research objects by employing units,strengthening the vocational planning of research objects;strengthening the supervision and evaluation system of pre-school education by government departments;expanding the propaganda of pre-school education and increasing the social influence on pre-school education.The recognition of education.
