Education is a cause of care and love.As the subject of caring behavior in the field of education,teachers play an important role in teaching activities.Teachers' caring behavior is based on the existence of "relationship" between teachers and students,which has important influence on students,teachers and school development.Therefore,it is a problem for scholars at home and abroad to propose effective suggestions to promote the improvement of teachers' caring behavior in class based on the profound understanding of the implication of teacher care.Based on the above background,this study adopts the research method of case study to collect and analyze the paper data through literature method,observation method and interview method.On the one hand,it tries to analyze the cognitive characteristics of the teachers' caring for the students.On the other hand,based on the theory of care education,this study analyzes the present situation,problems and influencing factors of caring behavior of primary school teachers in class.Through the acquisition of information in practical research and further collating and analyzing it,this study puts forward the following viewpoints:First of all,this study finds that the current primary school teachers' awareness of caring students showed the following characteristics: first,primary school teachers think that teacher care for students is the embodiment of "conscience";Second,primary school teachers think that teacher care for students is the embodiment of "love";Third,primary school teachers think that teacher care for students is the formation of "caring relationship".Secondly,after understanding the cognitive characteristics of primary school teachers caring for students,this study,through classroom observation,understands the present situation of primary school teachers 'management-type,academic-type and interpersonal-oriented caring behavior in class,and analyzes the arbitrariness,utility and unidirectional problems in caring behavior of classroom of primary school teachers based on the theory of Care education.Thirdly,the author through the collation and analysis of the literature and the viewpoints of primary school teachers,the study finds that the impact of teachers' own factors,Students' classroom performance,parents' attitudes,the restriction of school system,social environment and other internal and external factors affect the caring behavior of primary school teachers in class.Finally,this study combined existing literature and the above research findings to make some suggestions on the improvement of caring behavior of primary school teachers in class.The first is to improve the level of the teachers' caring behavior,such as to set up the correct caring idea,to awake teachers' caring feelings,and to establish a good caring relationship.Second,to strengthen students' understanding of teachers' caring behavior;Third,to create a good environment of education.For example,to create a good home-school cooperative caring atmosphere and a good social caring atmosphere.
