The care ethic,represented by Neil Noddings,emerged in the United States at the end of the twentieth century and had an important influence on the Western education community.Then our scholars began to study the caring education based on the theory of Nell Noddings.Education is an career full of concern and love of happiness,teachers as the main body of the implementation of care,should be a profound understanding of the implication of care,care of the ideal of their own behavior into a quality,in order to allow students to experience care.Teachers implement the caring behavior,students understand,accept and response the teacher's care,which is a complete care relationship.Research shows that teachers 'care for students can improve students' academic performance,promote interpersonal communication and promote mental health.There are few researches on the care behavior of primary school teachers in our country.In order to make students get better understanding,respect,love and healthy growth,it is necessary to carry out concrete and deep thinking and research on primary school teachers' care behavior.The focus of the article is to explore the realistic situation and predicament of primary school teachers' care behavior,mainly using literature analysis,observation and interview.Researchers first use the literature analysis to understand the status quo of primary school teachers' care behavior research.On which basis,the teachers of the primary school in Shijiazhuang City conduct field observation and interviews,and further collect information.The researchers mainly through the analysis of the theory combined with the observation of the school,the researchers summed up four characters of the primary school teachers appropriate care behavior: Teachers' care focuses on the relationship with students,Teachers' care is continuous,Teachers 'care is the respect for the independence of students' ideology,The teacher 's care promotes the student' s subjectivity.In the field observation of primary school,the researchers found that primary school teachers in the care behavior there are some inappropriate performance,mainly summed up the following aspects: The lack of teacher 's concern for students' life,The Lack of educational concern in teachers' teaching,Teachers' Lack of "Non-selective Care" to "Poor Students",The lack of teachers' inappropriatepunishment for the growth of students,The Lack of Teachers 'False Behavior to Students' Real Concern.In reality,many people think that teachers are not caring,whether these do not care is the teacher intentionally or have their own difficulties? What is the reason behind the teachers' hidden behavior? What is the dilemma faced by primary school teachers in caring?What is the dilemma faced by primary school teachers in caring? This paper analyzes the problems faced by the primary school teachers' care behavior from the four aspects of the main body,the plight of the subject,the plight of the system and the social dilemma.In view of the dilemma of primary school teachers 'care behavior,the researcher puts forward the countermeasures of primary school teachers' care behavior from the aspects of teachers,students,schools and society.
