In today’s world,education has become an important driving force for countries to enhance their overall national strength and improve their national quality."Education strong a country strong",more and more countries and regions began to realize the importance of education,to accelerate the pace of adjustment of national education reform,gradually to be education powers,such as emerge in endlessly in the curriculum reform,teaching reform and teacher education reform.Teacher education is the base of education,which is an important factor affecting the smooth operation of education system.In the 1980s,the United States pioneered the concept of teacher leadership in the field of teacher education,which led to a boom in the study of teachers in western countries.Teacher leadership is empowering the teachers,excellent teachers through fully mining leadership,to optimize the purpose of teacher resource allocation,to narrow the gap between the old and new teachers,is the concentrated reflection of teachers’ comprehensive quality,it not only contribute to the improvement of the status quo of a continuous drain line good teacher,but also to outstanding teachers to drive other play positive role in the development of teachers.In China,the new leadership concept has not been well known by many scholars,and the research in this field is relatively few and is in the stage of emerging development.This study from the perspective of teacher professional development put forward the connotation,features and constituent elements of middle school teacher leadership,as the theoretical starting point,the study and research achievements in learning and absorbing other researchers compiled on the basis of《the middle school teachers’current leadership questionnaire in henan province》,zhengzhou city of henan province and the surrounding township a total of 281 middle school teachers of the middle school,at the same time from the respondents randomly selected six teachers for the interview.Then,the author for statistical data on recycling up,describe the paper analyzes the current situation of the current middle school teacher leadership,find the problems existing in the education in middle school,and put forward the optimization strategy of how to improve middle school teachers.The research focuses on the theoretical part and the practical part.Firstly,the author analyzes and defines the relevant concepts of teachers,backbone teachers,leadership and teacher leadership in this paper.Secondly,based on the perspective of teacher professional development,this paper puts forward the connotation,characteristics,constitutive elements and theoretical basis of the leadership of middle school teachers.Middle school teacher leadership is composed of six dimensions of comprehensive leadership,based on the research of the theory part,the author on the empirical investigation of middle school teachers’ leadership,revealing the six dimensions of teacher leadership’s current status.The results show that there are some problems in the effectiveness of the leadership of middle school teachers.Mainly embodied in:part of the backbone teachers lack a firm faith in education and literacy education forward force to improve education influence the limited space,teachers’decision-making effect is poorer,lack of innovation incentive mechanism,teacher learning ability inside and outside of steam.Therefore,the author puts forward the following strategies:to strengthen the cultural construction of schools and to promote the education belief of teachers’ leaders;Education foresight should increase the opportunities for teachers to display leadership skills.Education influence should expand the channel of teachers’ influence;Teacher’s decision-making ability should carry out the teacher leadership related training course;The innovation incentive mechanism of teacher innovation;Teachers’ learning efforts should be made to build a learning-oriented campus and enhance the internal and external learning motivation of teachers.The innovation of this research is to creatively put forward the six elements of the leadership of middle school teachers as the important theoretical basis of the research.At the same time,the author adopts the way of empirical study is based on the analysis of the sample of quantitative research,makes up the defect of the empirical study on the research less,and for other researchers to provide some help and reference for further research.
