As a new topic,teacher leadership was first proposed by the United States.This study has found out relevant research at home and abroad.At present,the research on teacher leadership at home and abroad only stays at the theoretical level,and most of the research focuses on the connotation of teachers.There are few cases of empirical research,but the development of teacher leadership plays a vital role in the professional development of teachers.Promoting the development of teacher leadership is beneficial to students’ academic achievement and school improvement.Therefore,exploring the relationship between teacher leadership and teaching age,school,age and other variables,and finding the factors that affect teacher leadership are the focus of this study.In this study,teacher leadership is defined as "the process in which teachers exert influence on the improvement of students,colleagues and schools based on their professional knowledge and accomplishment".In essence,teacher leadership is a kind of influence of teachers.This study aims to measure the current development level of primary and secondary school teachers’ leadership and find out its influencing factors,so as to explore strategies to promote the development of primary and secondary school teachers’ leadership.However,there is no mature scale to measure the leadership level of teachers in China.Therefore,this study adopts the "teacher leadership model standard" issued by the American teacher leadership alliance in Washington in 2010 for localization improvement.The model divides teacher leadership into seven dimensions,and this study retains three dimensions through pre-test: Value academic leadership,instructional leadership,leadership,and ultimately into the level of teacher leadership development level test questionnaire,in order to find the differences between differentschools,research makes a questionnaire distributed,four cases school from 747,and USES the SPSS and Amos was carried out on the questionnaire data analysis processing,explore every school leadership level difference,and a different title,teaching age,the differences between the age of the teachers at the leadership level-the school atmosphere is relatively open,democratic school principal leadership style,teacher leadership level is higher;The leadership level of teachers with professional titles of senior teachers is significantly higher than that of teachers with professional titles of junior teachers and intermediate teachers.Teachers with a teaching age of more than 21 years are significantly older than those with a teaching age of less than 5 years,6-10 years,11-15 years and 16-20 years on the leadership level.In terms of leadership level,teachers aged 46-50 are significantly older than those aged less than 30,31-35,36-40 and 41-45.Late in the study,the depth interview after finishing data combined with data analysis results,and the teachers’ level of leadership of the differences in the demographic variables were analyzed,and explore the key factors affecting the development of teacher leadership-leadership in teaching level,teacher’s teaching experience,the teachers’ recognition of formal leadership roles,parents,parents complicit in the level of education are the key factors that influence its level;In terms of academic leadership,teachers’ free time and opportunities for professional development are the key factors affecting their level.In the aspect of value leadership,the principal’s leadership style and the teachers’ understanding are the key factors affecting the level of value leadership.After these influencing factors are explored,new ways to promote teacher leadership development are further explored,and relevant Suggestions are put forward to promote teacher leadership development,so as to drive teacher professional development and complete school improvement.
