A complete class consists of teachers,students and learning resources,in which students are the main body of learning,is the recipient of knowledge,learning materials is the carrier for student to absorbing knowledge,is the bridge of teachers impart knowledge to students,in class learning material contact is an important part of teachers and students.The present stage of our learning resource is set by the central education institutions curriculum standard,curriculum standards developed according to the set of textbooks for schools of various levels,namely we are now the most common schools of different types of materials.As countries of the education reform continuously,the improving of the social demands for talents,the family of the continuous improvement of teaching quality,teaching material has not fully assume all parties in the face of education requirements.So a large part of the teachers in order to develop the classroom,not constrained in the textbook knowledge,but through a variety of ways to find or develop applicable to their teaching methods,suitable teaching resources of the course content material,to extend the mathematical knowledge,to attract students,interest,developing students' thinking.Expanding mathematical rigor,logical,thinking is a great challenge to teachers' teaching task,mathematics teaching need to guide students to develop mathematical operation and logical reasoning,geometry and other mathematical core accomplishment,so most of the math teacher will choose to use external teaching resources to improve the classroom teaching.The so-called external teaching resources refer to various materials,teaching means and tools that run through the whole teaching process.Choose to use external teaching resources and using standard materials for classroom teaching on the one hand have the same decision method,but due to the uniqueness of external resources,teacher preparation,teaching,and evaluation process of autonomy,making research can start from the following,whether a teacher choose external teaching resources,how to select resources,through what kind of ways and means,how to choose the right means the content of the assessment,how to make these external resources to apply to their own classroom,how to control and so on.These problems are closely related to the professional development of teachers and the improvement of classroom efficiency.This study first describes the mathematics teachers to use external teaching resources present situation,this topic research background,and in this context,for mathematics teachers' use of external resources for the necessity and significance of the related studies,at the same time clear mathematics teacher use of external resources of relevant concept definition and theoretical basis.Teachers teaching the main activities of preparation before class,class teaching and after-class evaluation feedback three main process,based on this procedure to determine the research framework of this topic,in order to understand mathematics teachers to use external teaching resources present situation,mainly through questionnaire and interview method for part of the junior middle school mathematics teacher has carried on the investigation and study,in view of the problems related to find teachers to decision-making and implementation,the use of external resources produced by the various problems,analysis of each link,aims to reveal the teachers consider the motives,and they found that the method of teaching resources and related parts in the decision-making process.Based on this,puts forward relevant Suggestions and improvement strategy of mathematics teachers to guide the process of using external teaching resources,summarizes the method of two classes of found outside of teaching resources,need to be considered at the time of the evaluation of teaching resources,elaborates the elements,for teachers to use external specific classroom teaching principles of teaching resources,feedback after class provides several methods to improve the teaching.These research processes and results have a guiding role in resource screening and decision making for teachers,and can be used for reference in curriculum development.Then several cases are used to provide reference for the use of external teaching resources.This study shows that the junior middle school mathematics teachers to use teaching resources in addition to the curriculum teaching materials include external resources,they use a variety of methods to identify and adjust these resources,in order to make the teaching content is suitable for their students and class,in order to achieve their teaching effect.
