In the new round of basic education curriculum reform,the curriculum standard is the basis of compiling teaching materials,teaching,assessment and examination,and plays a fundamental role in the national management and evaluation curriculum.The evaluation of examination plays a role of "wind vane" in the reform of education in our country,and the reform of examination evaluation is very important to promote the in-depth development of curriculum reform.Therefore,it is only when the examination evaluation and the curriculum standards are consistent that it will benefit the teaching of the teachers,which will promote the curriculum reform in our country and finally achieve the goal of the new curriculum reform.Under the international background,the issue of the consistency between curriculum standard and achievement assessment has gradually caused wide attention.In both theoretical and empirical aspects,foreign research on consistency is relatively mature.But this kind of research is rare in domestic at present,especially for the consistency study of academic evaluation and curriculum standards in primary schools.Therefore,this research has carried out the consistency study about first semester of the sixth grade final exam papers(2013 to 2017)and content standards in primary school to provide reference for teachers' classroom teaching,test evaluation and high quality test questions of the proponent.The study has adopted the technical route which is a quantitative research primarily and is supplemented by a qualitative research.In addition,the major research methods include literature method,content analysis method,case method,interviewing method,statistical analysis method.And this thesis is mainly divided into three parts.The first part of the study is the construction of localization consistency analysis framework and case interpretation.According to China's national conditions,the consistency analysis framework of localization is built based on the analysis of the relatively mature international academic evaluation and the curriculum standard consistency analysis tool.Then we analyze the concrete steps,operation methods and process between the final examination paper and the mathematical content standard by using case method.The second part is the consistency analysis of the final examination paper about primary school mathematics and content stand.The study shows that there is no significant consistency between the test paper and the mathematical content standard.(1)the general comparisons indicate that there is not a significant consistency between them.The consistency indices between this kind of test papers and mathematics content standard are significantly lower than the corresponding critical values.(2)the content topics 'distribution's comparisons indicate that there is not a significant consistency between them.In general,compared with content standard,this kind of test papers have increased the examinational degree of "the number operation","type and the equation" and reduced the examinational degree of "the understanding number ","direct proportion ","inverse proportion ","graphics","statistics and probability " and for the theme of "graphics movement,location ",test strength and curriculum standards have roughly the same proportion.(3)the cognitive levels' distribution' comparisons indicate that there is not a significant consistency between them.In general,compared with content standard,this kind of test papers have more emphasized "realize "," understand " and " apply",but have de-emphasized "know".The third part is the factors and improvement suggestions about the consistency between the primary school mathematics final examination papers and content standards.Combined with interview results and research process,we carry out specific analysis on the influential factors of test paper and content standard consistency,respectively the five aspects,the originator,coders,content standard,paper and pencil test,the SEC model.According to the factors,the corresponding improvement suggestions are put forward.The research is of great significance for Richmond the research theory of the consistency between academic assessment papers and curriculum standard.And the research results can provide a positive teaching orientation for first-line teachers,provide reference for improving the thesis and more just evaluation and provide reference for education decision makers to make effective education decisions,education system evaluation,and monitoring school education quality.
