In 2021,the "double reduction" policy will be fully implemented.In order to further implement the central government's deployment of education evaluation and "double reduction" work,the Ministry of Education has made several requirements for strengthening the management of primary and secondary school examinations in my country's compulsory education: it is proposed to accurately master the examination.The main function of the system is to greatly reduce the frequency of examinations,strictly control the management of examination propositions,and rationally use the examination results.At the same time,it is stipulated that the final exam proposition of the school must meet the requirements of the national curriculum standards,which puts forward high requirements for the evaluation tool of the test paper.At present,most schools still mainly rely on examination papers to evaluate students' academic performance,so the quality of examination papers will affect the effect of academic evaluation,and the most important point in evaluating the quality of examination papers is the consistency between examination papers and curriculum standards.Therefore,the author chooses to conduct research on the consistency of test papers and curriculum standards,in order to put forward valuable suggestions for the preparation of test papers.This research uses the literature research method to sort out the literature on the consistency of test papers and curriculum standards in my country in recent years,and explores the main mode of consistency analysis,and builds the research framework of the thesis.With the "Compulsory Education Mathematics Curriculum Standard(2011Edition)" as the research sample,the content analysis method is used to code it;then combined with the statistical analysis method,the Weber analysis mode is used to analyze the consistency characteristics;finally,the conclusion is drawn and the impact analysis is combined with the interview method.factors and make research recommendations.Through analysis,it is found that the overall consistency level between the Shanghai primary school mathematics grade 5 graduation examination paper and the "Compulsory Education Mathematics Curriculum Standards" is good.Among the learning topics,each learning topic has more than 50% consistency acceptance,the measurement learning topic has the highest level of consistency The consistency is the least acceptable and the consistency level is the lowest;in each knowledge dimension,the knowledge depth dimension has the best consistency level,basically all projects have reached the knowledge depth consistency acceptable level,while the knowledge breadth dimension consistency level The worst,the acceptable level of consistency is only one-third of all items,and none of the items in the Equations and Laws learning topic has reached the acceptable level of knowledge breadth;There are differences,but the overall consistency level is good,and it is more in line with the requirements of the curriculum standards.At the same time,the study found that the propositional basis,professional level and understanding of the curriculum standards,as well as factors such as the specific goal expression and the definition of action verbs in the curriculum standards and academic evaluation,will all affect the consistency between the test papers and the curriculum standards.level affects.Based on the findings of this study,in order to improve the consistency level of the test papers,the author suggests: train the questioners to improve their level of questioning;adopt a variety of evaluation methods to reduce the impact of score evaluation on students;strengthen teachers' teaching concepts,Effectively carry out classroom teaching;at the same time,develop a consistency analysis tool suitable for my country's academic conditions,so that the consistency analysis between test papers and curriculum standards is more accurate.
