Research On The Development And Changes Of County-level Vocational Education

County vocational education is mainly intended for the needs of the rural vocational education.Based on the secondary vocational education,it aims at cultivating junior and middle-level technical personnel,improving the quality and level of rural transferred labors,solving the three rural problems,and boosting the county economy.Therefore,county vocational education plays a fundamental role in the development of modern vocational education.Located at the southwest tip of province S and situated in the Shaanxi-Shanxi-Henan golden triangle area center of the Yellow River,county Y is considered to be the southern gate of province S.Since the establishment of new China,the vocational education development of county Y has been in the initial stage.And after the reform and opening up,the vocational education,represented by the vocational secondary school of county Y which belongs to a national level key school,has achieved the rapid booming development under the guidance of policies and guidelines of CCP.Its reputation is still increasing with time.The long and glorious history of this school can embody the development and change of the vocational education in county Y,which has been honored as "a flower of vocational education in southern Shanxi".Therefore,to a great extent,the development and change of vocational education in county Y can reflect the development and change situation of county vocational education since the establishment of new China.At the same time,it also provides a window to have a better command of the development and change of modern county vocational education in China.Based on the previous analyses,the thesis will mainly advance from the following 5 parts:Chapter 1 mainly explains the original purpose and significance of the research,defines the current researches of this topic at home and abroad,and confirms the research method I'll adopt.Then by clearing up the research framework,I'll explain the innovation points and deficiencies of my study in order to lay the foundation of my research.In chapter 2,based on the tortuous development and change of county Y during the latest seventy years since the establishment of new China,the development of vocational education in county Y has been divided into four stages:initial stage,exploring stage,growing stage and steady stage.In this part,the thesis also expatiates the specific situation of the vocational education development in county Y from the running forms,expenditure guarantees,infrastructure construction,teachers and students.Chapter 3 firstly makes a summary of the fundamental factors,driving force and important guarantees,which extracts the development and change logics of county vocational education during the latest seventy years.In chapter 4,based on the development and change logics of county vocational education,the thesis clarifies the management dilemmas,enrollment dilemmas and teacher dilemmas having appeared in the present process of vocational education in county Y.Chapter 5 is trying to find some practicable strategies to get rid of the present 3 dilemmas from the development and change logics of county vocational education so as to carry forward the vocational education in county Y.
