In the process of reform and opening up,secondary vocational schools have sent a large number of technical and skilled talents and high-quality laborers for the country's modernization construction and economic and social development.Secondary vocational school education is also promoting the orderly conversion and middle-to-bottom of rural surplus labor.Other aspects such as the improvement of the income level of the population have achieved remarkable results,not only contributing to the continuous development of the economy and society,but also an important strategic deployment point for the national education work.As an economically underdeveloped area,Meixian County,in addition to the natural defects of late start and thin foundation,is also restricted by the development of county economy.Therefore,the research object of this paper is the vocational education center of Meixian County.Based on the research on its development status,it is flexible to apply the scientific methods such as literature method and interview method to find out the development obstacles of Meixian Vocational Education Center,and obtain the data and data.Analyze and finally propose corresponding development trend of secondary vocational schools in this period.In order to understand more comprehensively the development of secondary vocational schools in different stages since the reform and opening up,this paper has a significant impact on the vocational education sector.The introduction of policy documents or the emergence of major events is divided into the development stages of the relevant secondary vocational school policies.The policy of secondary vocational schools is divided into three stages,the first stage(1978-1984)secondary vocational education policy recovery period;the second stage(1985-1996)secondary vocational education policy development perfect period;the third Stage(1997-2001)period of non-balanced development of secondary vocational education policy;fourth stage(2002-present)period of innovation and connotation development.Finally,based on the current situation of economic development in Meixian County and the dcevelopment status of Meixian Vocational Education Center,Including the changes in the number of students from the establishment of the school to 2017,the change in the number of majors,the distribution of professional settings,the status of different professional courses,the proportion of various courses,the academic structure of the teaching staff,the proportion of full-time teachers,graduates over the years The employment direction and the current status of the enterprises selected by the graduates in the past four years.A comprehensive analysis of the development of the Meixian Vocational Education Center,the analysis of the existing problems mainly from the five aspects of the status quo analysis,mainly exist:insufficient student resources,professional settings and county industrial structure is not coordinated,the curriculum structure is not reasonable,teachers Team training is not in place.Combining the development status and existing problems of the Meixian Vocational Education Center,from the perspectives of the social environment,the government and the school itself,we have sorted out the action logic of the survival status of vocational schools in the county,and learn from the development of secondary vocational education in Europe and America.The country's professional construction,curriculum and the construction of the teaching staff have given some countermeasures and suggestions for the development of vocational schools in China's counties.The development of vocational schools in the county is unique because of the different regions in which they live.Because of the similarities faced by such schools and the goals and requirements of development,vocational schools in the county have commonalities in the development process.In the development process of vocational schools such as counties,they can learn from each other's development experiences.In addition,when the development of vocational schools in the county is a long-term development,the development process is step by step and not a single step.Therefore,the countermeasures for the survival status of vocational schools in the county are only applicable to specific periods,and the follow-up is based on the continuous development of the school.
