The flourishing economic and cultural development in Xinjiang minority areas is inseparable from the training of scientific and technological talents.The physics education in high school under the core quality concept is to cultivate innovative technology talents that meet the needs of society.Experiments have played a pivotal role in the cultivation of human resources.However,due to pressure from college entrance exams,minority physics teachers have generally paid insufficient attention to experimental teaching,emphasized teaching and learning,neglected the training of students' abilities in experiments,and demonstrated experimental teaching in Xinjiang.The most commonly used experimental teaching methods for teachers in bilingual classes are the teaching methods that best reflect the current status of experimental teaching in bilingual classes in Xinjiang.On the one hand,from the perspective of bilingual education theory and core literacy of physics,this article analyzes the requirements that the demonstration experiment teaching needs to meet in order to help local teachers to better play the role of demonstration experiment;on the other hand,it is aimed at physics demonstration experiment teaching for ethnic minority high schools.The status quo to investigate and research provides a targeted strategy for improving the effectiveness of bilingual physics experiment teaching.The main content of this article includes the following two parts:The first part through literature analysis,first of all,to clarify the connotation of bilingual education,analyze the special requirements of bilingual education for physical demonstration experiment teaching;Second,distinguish the connotation of physical demonstration experiment and physical demonstration experiment teaching,analyze the demonstration experiment in bilingual class teaching Functionality;Third,combining the concept of core literacy in physics,puts forward the basic requirements for demonstration experiment teaching;Finally,finishing the research results of Xinjiang ethnic minority high school physics teaching,found that the concept of teaching not focusing on education restricts the development of physics bilingual teaching.In the second part,through questionnaire survey,students and teachers from four senior high schools and two high schools in Korla were surveyed,and the status quo of demonstration experiment teaching was investigated.Based on the survey results,the current state of physical demonstration experiment teaching in minority high schools was analyzed.The problems that exist,and the causes of these problems.Through the analysis of the survey results,the main results and conclusions are:(1)The ability of students to use thinking in the Chinese language environment is relatively weak.In the process of summarizing physical laws and practice consolidation,teachers are still required to use the mother tongue for auxiliary teaching.The use of Chinese for teaching in physics classes has become very common.However,ethnic minority students have few opportunities to apply Chinese language.Teachers' teaching requires students to have high levels of Chinese.Students are prone to confusion about the use of advanced thinking such as analysis and induction,and teachers need to use their mother tongue.Conduct relevant guidance and explanations.(2)Demonstration experiment teaching lacks inquiry.Due to the backward teaching concepts of teachers,teachers have a relatively single understanding of the role of demonstration experiments.They often notice that the demonstration experiment stimulates students1 interest and lacks the process of cultivating students,observation and thinking skills.In the classroom,students' learning depends on the teaching of the teacher.The opportunity to promote students' initiative to explore leads to the failure to reflect the student's dominant position in teaching.(3)Demonstration of experimental teaching is not effective.The effect of demonstrative experiment teaching under the influence of factors such as lack of preparation before class and obvious effect of demonstration experiment fails to reach the expected teaching goal.Most teachers are also less concerned about the development and improvement of demonstration experiment because of the busy teaching work.
