Bilingual education,which fully popularize and popularize the teaching of the common language and script of the country and teach it in the native languages,is conducive to fostering the consciousness of the Chinese nation community,enhancing its cultural and national identity and enhancing its cohesion and cohesion.In view of this,the municipal government of Yining city has decided to vigorously promote bilingual education in the teaching of the National common language and the teaching of the native language.According to the plan of Yining city,in September 2019,all primary and secondary schools in the compulsory education stage of Yining city will be transitioned to the teaching of the National common language,plus the teaching model of the native language.Based on a lot of research on the model of bilingual education in Xinjiang and a lot of research,the author finds that there are still some problems that need to be solved in Yining city in order to fully implement the teaching model of the national language and script teaching and teaching.It is of great practical significance to study and comb out the difficult problems in the implementation of teaching mode and put forward the scientific solutions to promote bilingual education in Xinjiang,especially in Yining city.The present situation of bilingual education in primary school in Yining city city was investigated and studied by using field observation,questionnaire and semi-structured interview.On the basis of analyzing the relevant data,this paper puts forward some suggestions that will help the elementary and middle schools in Yining city to carry out the teaching model of the National common language plus the teaching of the native language,and provide the basis and reference for bilingual education in similar areas.the general situation of bilingual education in foreign countries,bilingual education in China and bilingual education in Xinjiang were summarized through literature method,and the corresponding educational models were classified and compared..we use field observation,semi-structured interview and questionnaire survey to sort out the current situation of bilingual education in some primary schools in Yining city.Through the questionnaire survey,the attitudes,expectations and suggestions of A small and S small,M small and L small teachers to bilingual teaching were studied.Through the field observation method,several Bilingual Primary Schools in Yining city were deeply studied and the actual situation of the school was understood intuitively;and the bilingual teachers,bilingual principals and bilingual subjects were brought through the semi structural interview method.Interviews with leaders,educational administration and related personnel were conducted to understand the reality of bilingual education in Yining city.On the basis of summarizing the results of the investigation,this paper summarizes and summarizes the problems which are urgently solved in the implementation of the national general language plus the civil language in Yining city from the aspects of teachers and schools.In the aspects of teachers,the main focus is on the treatment of teachers,teachers' teaching and research ability,and the application of information.It focuses on teaching resources,teachers' enthusiasm and young children's cohesion.the problems found in the investigation are analyzed one by one and the reasons for the problems are found,including 5 problems,such as the shortage of bilingual teachers,the low teaching level of teachers,the lack of teaching motivation of bilingual teachers,the shortage of bilingual teaching resources and the poor link up in bilingual education.Conclusion: as a national strategy,the bilingual education in Xinjiang is necessary to fully implement the model of Chinese language teaching and teaching.Although some difficulties still exist in the course of implementation,these problems can be effectively resolved through the joint efforts of the government,society and individuals.In view of the problems reflected in the study,the shortage of bilingual teachers can be alleviated by increasing the number of bilingual teachers.Strengthening bilingual teacher training and improving teachers 'comprehensive quality;Improve the treatment of teachers and fully motivate bilingual teachers to work;We will actively promote the development of educational informatization and make effective use of the country's resources for language teaching.We will strengthen pre-primary bilingual education and strengthen the foundation of education in the country's common languages and scripts.
