In the context of the information age,various new teaching forms have emerged in education,such as micro courses,flipped classrooms,and MOOCs.Under the influence of these teaching forms,traditional education models have gradually been integrated into more innovative teaching methods,making the entire classroom teaching mode no longer singular.Micro courses have attracted the attention of many educators and educators due to their short duration,flexible teaching methods,strong targeting,and emphasis on learning transfer.Compared to traditional classrooms,micro courses have higher requirements for stimulating students’ learning state and motivation.However,at present,micro course teaching has encountered problems such as low quality in production and lack of interaction in teaching,resulting in the teaching of micro courses becoming task based teaching.This study proposes instructional design strategies for the course content,teacher language,micro lesson visuals,and interactions of micro lessons from the perspective of students’ learning motivation,stimulation,and maintenance based on the ARCS motivation model.At the same time,micro lesson courses are designed based on students’ learning interests and acceptance abilities.The study investigates the positive effect of music micro lesson design under the ARCS motivation model on students’ learning effectiveness and promoting their learning transfer ability.This article uses literature research methods,questionnaire survey methods,interview methods,and case analysis methods for practical research.Firstly,through literature research,search and organize an overview of ARCS motivation model theory and micro course research theory,and determine the components and processes of music micro course design from the perspective of ARCS motivation model.Secondly,using the questionnaire survey method,a music micro course survey questionnaire based on the ARCS motivation model was designed to conduct preliminary analysis on the current use of music micro courses by students.A comparison was made between the experimental class and the control class at the A attention level,R correlation level,C confidence level,and S satisfaction level,providing conditions for subsequent practical work,At the same time,the interview method is used to understand the application and mastery status of teacher micro courses and ARCS motivation theory through teacher teaching interviews.Once again,use case analysis to design specific teaching strategies based on the ARCS motivation model,and propose micro lesson teaching design templates,including preliminary analysis,micro lesson design,and evaluation feedback design templates.Integrate attention strategies,related strategies,confidence strategies,and satisfaction strategies from motivation strategies into micro lesson teaching design,and apply different teaching strategies according to different types of courses,Prove the effectiveness of music micro lesson teaching based on ARCS motivation model in practical teaching practice.By distributing a second questionnaire to conduct a later analysis of the music micro lesson teaching practice under the ARCS motivation model,SPSS software was used to compare the teaching effectiveness between the experimental class and the control class.It was proved that there were significant differences between the two classes before and after the pre test and post test of the experimental class,while there was no significant difference between the pre test and post test of the control class.It was concluded that music micro lessons under the ARCS motivation model can improve students’ learning motivation.Finally,the conclusion of this study is that the ARCS motivation model provides theoretical support for music teacher micro course design,completes a survey of micro course education level,and enhances students’ music learning motivation in practice.In the research reflection,the comprehensive nature of theoretical design and practice needs to be expanded and extended,and the research scope and teaching practice application types need to be further expanded.This study enriches the teaching strategies for music micro course design to a certain extent,and also provides reference for music teachers to use the ARCS motivation model theory for micro course teaching design. |
