Today's society is in a new era of intelligent development.The integration of Internet and education brings new opportunities for educational application.The educational virtual community,an Internet-based educational space,is also constantly maturing and improving,and gradually becoming universal.However,a free and open network environment is also easy to make possible ethical misconducts such as vilification and privacy leakage.The pursuit of the unity of knowledge and virtue in educational virtual community ethics norms can effectively restrict the anomie of community communication,promote the continuous development of educational virtual community,and promote the cohesion and vitality of the community.Based on the above theoretical and practical basis,this study aims to strengthen the effectiveness of ethical norms and improve the cohesion of educational virtual community.Through empirical analysis,this paper deeply studies the specific impact of educational virtual community ethics on all levels of community cohesion,and puts forward the promotion strategies of community cohesion.This study mainly takes the "learning science and technology" education virtual community as an example,through the questionnaire survey to explore the specific factors that affect the cohesion of the community.Then,combined with the summarized influencing factors,this paper puts forward the community cohesion promotion strategy based on the ethical norms of educational virtual community,and then implements the promotion strategy to verify its effect and rationality,as follows:First of all,based on a certain research background and significance,clear research content and ideas.And then through the literature research method,comprehensive domestic and foreign research status and relevant theoretical basis,successively interpret and interpret the important concepts of "community" to "education virtual community","ethics" to "education virtual community ethics".As well as the analysis and elaboration of education virtual community ethics norms,education virtual community cohesion meaning and understand its essence.Secondly,through personal practice and research,using questionnaire survey and empirical analysis,we find that the ethical norms of educational virtual community has a significant impact on all levels of community cohesion.After cluster analysis,we get four influencing factors:communication ability,responsibility ability,enthusiasm and participation ability,and collaborative cooperation ability.The next,combining the results of the empirical analysis,starting from the four aspects of communication,responsibility,enthusiasm and cooperation,respectively,proposed strategies for improving community cohesion based on the ethical norms of educational virtual communities.There are 13 items in total,such as "practicing civilized etiquette,improving the art of communication","respecting harmony but difference,creating a harmonious communication atmosphere","strengthening communication self-discipline,promoting good communication effect".Then,through improvement The verification process of the implementation effect of the strategy,combined with the analysis of the survey data,proved that the proposed strategy can effectively enhance the cohesion of the educational virtual community and has certain application value.In the end,conduct a research summary,explain the research conclusions,research innovations and research limitations and follow-up Related research is looking forward.
