The establishment of internet has developed a new living space for human—cyberspace, the internet makes profound impact on all aspects of social life, certainly includes the field of education, educational virtual community turns into a priority network learning community for many people at present. With the continuous promotion of educational virtual community, the virtualization, openness, convenience, compatibility, allopatry etc. provides people the opportunities to go beyond the public pressure and ethic standards of reality. So based on the unethical and innormal behaviors in educational virtual community, how should we seek out the effective strategies to make educational virtual community work well, constantly improve the ethical and moral culture of educational virtual community; how to guide community members exchange ideas and study reasonably and efficiently in educational virtual community. Ultimately, this is the problem about ethics in educational virtual community, therefore, this article expands the research of ethics in educational virtual community from the perspective of ethics, expects to make contribution for healthy and sustainable development of educational virtual community.Firstly, this article summarizes the current situations in this study of China and abroad by literature research method, based on this, points out the problems in study and the necessity of this research. Secondly, this article elaborate the ethical connotation and theoretical foundation systematically by principles and methods of ethics, pedagogy, psychology, sociology etc.. Thirdly, this article sends out questionnaires to the juniors majored in educational technology who registered in ’learning science and technology’ curriculum and participated in community learning by questionnaire survey method, then makes statistical analysis of survey data, on the basis of understanding the status of ethical predicament, analyzes factors affecting community ethical predicament. Fourthly, according to influential factors by empirical analysis and its own characteristics of educational virtual community, this article proposes appropriate strategies pertinently. Finally, this article tests the effect of implementation of the strategies, based on this, makes conclusions and prospects.Through the study we find that the community ethical predicament gives a primary expression at the dimensions of teachers, students, community culture and the interactive content. Based on these factors, this article puts forward some strategies to help educational virtual community walk out of the ethical predicament and get healthy and sustainable development, such as consummating the role of teachers, improving the comprehensive quality of community members, setting norms for community ethics, reinforcing the construction of community culture, building diversified evaluation system and regulating interactive content of the community etc..
