Research And Analysis Of OA System In Jiangmen No.1 Vocational Senior Middle School

With the development of network technology,the office of various advanced institutions has also changed from a traditional document office to an online office.The school office system is the product of this transformation.With this trend,it has been developed in response to many meetings,complex processes,and large flow of official documents in the office management work of Jiangmen,which has high reliability,availability,operability,and data ownership costs.In this paper,the research background and content of the Jiangmen first post office system are carried out and UML is used for modeling and analysis.The business process of the office system in Jiangmen is analyzed.On the analysis of business process,the existing process is insufficient,and the improved flow will be improved.The function analysis and data analysis are carried out in the process.In the process of business analysis,we first expatiate on the business,then analyze the original business of the system,get the problems existing in the current business process,and then give the solutions of all the problems,and explain the reconstituted business process.In the process of functional analysis,the role of the user is analyzed first.Then it is the system use case analysis.Finally,the overall function package diagram is given.The main functions of the system are the management functions of seal management,service,system information,requesting report,meeting,receipt and so on.The sub function package diagram is determined.In the process of data analysis,the entity class is given through the analysis of functional data.Finally,the work of the thesis is summarized,and the further improvement of the office system in Jiangmen is prospected.
