Student performance management is one of the main measures used by professional technical schools to evaluate the overall quality of students.It has always been a relatively cumbersome and highly demanding job.Compared with ordinary middle schools,professional and technical schools have greater differences in student standards and specialization.As the subdivision becomes more in-depth,the management of student achievement in vocational and technical schools is more difficult;and with the rapid increase in the number of students,the traditional way of student achievement management can no longer meet the teaching needs of vocational and technical schools,and how to improve professional skills School student achievement management has become an urgent problem to be solved.The student achievement management work of Baoshan Technician Academy has always been managed by the head teacher,and the class teacher is basically using the Office software such as EXCEL to register,count,and process the student achievement information.It is inconvenient for the students to make daily enquiries,and the school It is also extremely inconvenient to want to obtain statistical information related to student achievement in a timely manner.As a result,problems such as inability to provide timely feedback and inefficiency arise.In view of this,Baoshan Technician College needs to conduct research on the student achievement management system based on the actual situation of the school in order to improve management efficiency and achieve intelligent management of student achievement.The first part of this paper is the issue,mainly combing the background of the project and the status of domestic and foreign research,the main work of my thesis,and analyzing the significance of the research content to the management of the college.The second part is the business analysis.First,the business profile is elaborated from three aspects,namely,the organizational structure,business issues and business personnel.Secondly,the original business process is analyzed,and the business process reengineering is put forward,which emphasizes the students' enrollment,the teaching plan of the teacher declaration course,the students' course selection,the arrangement of the exam,the student examination,and the result of the student's achievement.In-depth analysis and research are carried out in interest and so on.The third part is functional analysis.First,the responsibilities and functions of user roles are analyzed.Secondly,based on the overall use case of the system,the basic information management,courseteaching plan,examination management,achievement basic management,achievement early warning management and system management are analyzed in depth,and the system is put forward.Function package diagram.The fourth part is data analysis.First,we use the abbreviated class diagram to analyze the functional data and get the entity class diagram.Secondly,the data structure of the system is designed in detail and concretely by using the database table.Finally,the paper summarizes the research and analysis of the system.
