Practical Research On Implementing 6S Management Method In Students' Dormitory Of Technician College

6S management method is an advanced method of management on production field that can be used in the field of education and teaching.It has important reference value and significance for school and dormitory management.It can be used in every site of technical school in order to strengthen the effect of education that made by school-enterprise cooperation and the integration of school and enterprise culture.It can cultivate the students' professional quality effectively as well.This paper analyzes the status of 6S research at home and abroad by means of literature research.Via case study method,taking the students' dormitories of technician college as the research object,this paper analyzes why the students' dormitories in the technician college should introduce 6S management model,and expounds how 6S management method is used in one technician college in Guangdong Province.The practice can provide useful reference materials for the schools planned to introduce 6S management method.The paper also analyzes the effectiveness and problems exposed in the practice.The practice proves that the implementation of 6S management method of technical school can improve the level of dormitory management effectively,develop students' good behavior habits and professional quality,and promote students' comprehensive development.At the same time,it also puts forward the direction of further thinking.
