| With the further development of science and technology, information education has brought new opportunities for our educational innovation. The new information technology curriculum for junior high schools requires that we take the improvement of students’ information literacy as the fundamental goal, not only to allow students to master the basic skills of information technology, but also to develop student personalities, open up students’ horizons, and encourage students to be creative[1].However,judging from the current development, students in primary and secondary schools in our country rarely participate in the information classroom. The creative works are stereotyped, mainly based on imitation, students have a weak sense of innovation, and lack the ability to innovate. The analysis of the reasons can reveal the information technology classroom.Teaching is influenced greatly by exam-oriented education, paying attention to cultural knowledge and ignoring the cultivation of information technology and ability. This leads students to stay on the surface of the information technology awareness, lacking a systematic evaluation of the creative process and evaluation of the works. This paper studies the application of peer review of portfolios under the guidance of curriculum standards in the junior high school information technology curriculum during the new curriculum reform period. The purpose of the research is to create a personal electronic portfolio space for students to display their own learning plans and works. And use this as a platform to evaluate others, extract the essence from other people’s works, enhance the ability to appreciate and critical thinking.Teachers then guide students through reflection through multiple evaluations to improve their awareness of innovation and ability to innovate. This paper is divided into five parts:The first part mainly introduces the research background and significance of this subject, the research objectives and content, the procedure and methods, and the research techniques. The second part summarizes the current research status at home and abroad.Through the literature analysis method, the author probed into the current research status of innovation education at home and abroad and the current situation of the application of the peer review based on portfolio assessment. In the third part, the design of electronic file evaluation for the information technology teaching in junior high schools is included.Firstly, set up a BLOG peer review platform for e-portfolios;secondly,initially design a flow chart of teaching design based on peer evaluation;finally, select the IT teaching materials for Grade 8 students. One chapter was selected for each semester. And based on the peer review of electronic portfolios, the selected content was divided into three rounds of teaching practice. The fourth part analyzes the results of the teaching practice. The effectiveness of the action research was statistically analyzed from the aspects of expert evaluation, students’ works,peer-to-peer evaluation questionnaires, and interviews:(1)Thematic dimension:There is an increase in the diversity of work themes, and the number of works embodying students’ personality characteristics. The collision of peer thoughts and the feedback of opinions in the peer review increase students’ perspectives on the works. The works created by the students embody interdisciplinary knowledge and personal life experiences, and similar works between peers are reduced.(2)Skills Dimensions:The students’ ability to reprocess and re-express materials in their works has been improved, and they can use their appropriate skills to communicate their performance intentions.(3)Dimensions of emotional expression:Students feel happy during their creative process, and they can have a pleasant emotional experience. The initiative in the creation of works is improved.(4)Interview analysis:Students have a relatively high degree of acceptance of the teaching model based on the electronic portfolio. Most students think peer evaluation can be an important way to evaluate classrooms. At the end of the article,we summarize and reflect on the entire research process, and present the prospects for the peer review to enhance the research value of students’ creative works. |
