The rational allocation of funds for compulsory education is directly related to the balanced development of compulsory education,and irrational allocation of funds will inevitably result in the waste of educational resources.The standardization of compulsory education schools is the national education work to optimize the allocation of resources for compulsory education and promote the balanced development of compulsory education.Now that the standardization of compulsory education schools has been going on for many years,whether the distribution of compulsory education funding is reasonable and whether compulsory education has been balancedly developed has become the focus of this research.The dissertation focuses on the distributive efficiency of compulsory education and its influencing factors,and analyzes the current situation of disbursement of compulsory education funds.The dissertation mainly discusses two aspects of the total disbursement and structural changes of disbursement of compulsory education funds.Based on the "China Education Statistical Yearbook 2005-2015" and "China Education Funding Statistical Yearbook 2006-2016" and other online statistical data of the National Bureau of Statistics of China,the data envelopment analysis and Malmquist index method are used to draw the conclusion that,2015 efficiency results,respectively,the compulsory education allocation efficiency 'of the balance of changes and changes in the degree of progress are analyzed.Finally,a Tobit regression model is established to systematically study the influencing factors of the distributive efficiency of compulsory education funds.In the standardization of compulsory education schools,the total amount of compulsory education has been significantly raised,providing good preconditions for effective allocation of compulsory education funds.In accordance with their own economic and social conditions,the ability of various regions to reasonably adjust the scale of educational resources is gradually increasing their convergence.And the standardization of compulsory education schools to promote the progress of compulsory education in the development of the system and management effectiveness.However,there are still obvious regional differences.Education funds in remote and weak areas are still in short supply.It is necessary to further reduce the regional differences in total funds in the standardization of compulsory education schools in the future.At the same time,compulsory education in the central and western regions needs to actively carry out technological innovations to improve the overall allocation capacity of school education resources so as to effectively increase total factor productivity.
