Study On The Factors Of Fujian Province Compulsory Education Resources Allocation Efficiency And Its Influence

The 40th anniversary is about to usher in today's reform and o pening up,China's economy has been developing rapidly,the econo my has been ranked second in the world,China's national education level has improved greatly,but the distance from the leading level in the world some distance.Nine of the units,from the tired soil.Compulsory education as the basis of national education,plays an indispensable role in every citizen.A solid grasp of compulsory edu cation in our country,not only can eliminate illiteracy,but also for personal learning to lay a good foundation,is conducive to enhanc e the overall level of national quality,plays a decisive role in the national economic and social development.Since 1986,China prom ulgated the "Compulsory Education Law" in our country so far,80%counties realize the basic balance of compulsory education.But when our country compulsory education still exist in the efficiency of resource allocation of compulsory education resources is not hig h,the input and output is not balanced,from a certain extent affect ed the national education level increases.Therefore,the use of data analysis of the current situation of allocation of compulsory educat ion resources means,for the factors restricting the balanced allocati on of compulsory education resources efficiency,to better promote t he development of education.In this paper,the allocation efficiency of Fujian province comp ulsory education resources as the research object.Firstly,the theoret ical foundation of evaluating the efficiency of resource allocation of compulsory education is elaborated from the concept;secondly,fro m the Fujian province compulsory education financial and material resources,human resources analysis of the current situation of comp ulsory education resources in Fujian province and Fujian Province i n the development of compulsory education status;influencing facto rs and then use DEA method to evaluate and use Tobit model anal ysis of the allocation efficiency of Fujian province compulsory educ ation resources allocation efficiency of Fujian province compulsory education resources to complete the empirical analysis;finally,from the optimization of the distribution of compulsory education school s,compulsory education teachers' innovation management,regulate t he compulsory education funds and reasonable allocation of hardwar e resources and other aspects of compulsory education compulsory education resources allocation in Fujian Province,puts forward som e countermeasures and suggestions.The innovation of this paper lie s in using a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods,th rough the establishment of index system of science,with the help o f DEA model and Tobit regression analysis of influencing factors o n the efficiency of resource allocation of compulsory education in t he analysis,put forward some countermeasures to promote the susta inable development of compulsory education in Fujian province fro m two aspects of macro system and micro mechanism.
