The occupation education training objectives is to make the educated have some occupation occupation knowledge,skills and occupation accomplishment,so in that sense,occupation education is the employment education,therefore,to carry out occupation career planning education is under the condition of market economy is an important content of moral education in secondary vocational school and one of the important issues,and to carry out the occupation career planning education in the course of moral education,moral education can make the teaching contents more close to students,close to life,close to the social reality,to better reflect the value and function of moral education,promote the realization of moral education goals,enhance the effectiveness of moral education.Therefore,the medium occupation school should strengthen the "moral education" from the perspective of exploring the occupation career education theory and practice.The form and means of occupation career planning education,helping students to establish correct occupation ideal and faith,promote students' self education,promote all-round development of students,and make students better their own development path design,achieve their goals in life,realize the harmonious development of individual and society.This paper mainly adopts the literature synthesis method,through the reading and analysis of the existing literature,combined with the reality of moral education in vocational schools,discusses the necessity and importance of implementing career planning education in vocational school moral education.At the same time,we use investigation,statistical analysis,observation and other teachers to communicate with the teachers of moral education,and seek the theory and practice of career planning education.In the course of the study,the feedback information about the career planning education of the students in the vocational school is obtained by the method of investigation and research.Career planning education is an important part of moral education in the new period.In the status,occupation career planning education is a supplement and improvement of the moral education,is the foundation of moral education and extension;in effect,occupation career planning education the goal of moral education is more clear and easy to realize the whole process and in the moral education,the moral education is more practical,more flexible and more organizational form specific and vivid,the more lasting effect.The occupation career planning through comparison at home and abroad,combining the actual situation of vocational school students in the occupation career planning as the starting point to explore new ways of moral education of vocational school students,secondary school students of occupation moral education and occupation career planning education survey results analysis,find the root of the problem,put forward to carry out career planning education in the perspective of "moral education" and the school must implement corrective measures,and to provide education with family guidance,and put forward new demands to the society,it is of practical significance to the current occupation career planning education in secondary vocational school.
