Abjective:The research established a rat attack model and different intensity swimming exercise intervention,to investigate the effects of different intensity swimming exercise on hippocampal 5-HT content and its metabolism in rats with aggressive behavior,seek swimming strength attack mitigation behavior appropriate,provide guidance for the future through the exercise intensity on swimming attack mitigation act.Methods:Selected 60 two months old healthy male SD rats(purchased from The Fourth Military Medical University).The animal room temperature control at 23?t2?,humidity control in 45%to 65%.Day light condition control in 12h:12h,all animal free drinking water.Adapt ability feeding after a week,were randomly divided into 6 groups,10 rats in each group.Animal grouping and treatment conditions are as follows:A.quiet control group(CG),gregarious;B.attack model group(AG),a single cage intrusion of 3 weeks;C.small intensity Swimming model group(SG),a single cage intrusion of 3 weeks;D.medium intensity Swimming the model group(MG)a single cage intrusion of 3 weeks;E.high intensity swimming model group(LG),a single cage intrusion of 3 weeks;F.group(IG),colonial invasion.Rats each day state of life,to the rats were weighed every week,and make record.Field test time to repurchase behavior after 2 weeks,3 weeks after modeling,swimming after 1 weeks,after 3 weeks swimming,swimming,swimming after 5 weeks after 8 weeks,a total of 6 times.Aggressive behavior test arrangement for Modeling respectively after 3 weeks,after 1 weeks swimming,swimming after 3 weeks,after 5 weeks swimming,swimming after 8 weeks,a total of 5 times.Start swimming training attack model after modeling successfully,a total of 8weeks of swimming training,training 5 times a week,water temperature control at 30? to 36?.The last time and attack behavior after the test,hippocampal use tin foil to wrap the first into the liquid nitrogen is 10-15 min,then into-80? refrigerator sealed.Quantitative analysis on the content of hippocampus of rats in each group were 5-HT,5-HIAA,Trp by high performance liquid chromatography.Results:(1)In the swimming exercise training intervention,threats attack Time shad a tendency to decrease,but the number of attacks from rats can be seen:AG>SG>LG>MG.Swimming exercise intervention to moderate intensity swimming training reduce rats attack number of times is more obvious.(2)In the swimming exercise training intervention,the rats of incubation has an increasing trend,but from the rats attack latency can be seen:MG>SG>AG>LG.Swimming exercise intervention to moderate intensity swimming training increased in rat attack latency is more obvious.(3)In the swimming exercise training intervention,pilot the end of the experiment rats in each group the number of standing has a decreasing trend,but from the rats in each group:the number of standing can be seen LG>IG>AG>SG>CG>MG.Moderate intensity swimming training in swimming Rats intervention to reduce the number of standing is more obvious.(4)In the swimming exercise training intervention,field test over the modification times of rats in each group were decreased,but the number of standing in rats can be seen:CG>MG>SG>IG>AG>LG.Moderate intensity swimming training to all eviate the reduced rat modification times more obvious swimming exercise intervention.(5)The end of the experiment,the total distance field in rats of each group were decreased,but the total distance from each group of rats can be seen:AG>SG>CG>IG>MG>LG.Swimming exercise intervention to moderate intensity swimming training is more conducive to reducing the total distance of rats.(6)Data from the 5-HT content of hippocampus in rats can be seen:CG>IG>MG>SG>AG>LG.The different intensity swimming training in swimming intervention can reduce the content of 5-HT in hippocampus of rats with ease in a certain extent,but the decrease of moderate intensity swimming Training to all eviate the content of 5-HT in the hippocampus of rats was more obvious.Therefore,the different intensity swimming training in swimming intervention can all eviate the aggressive behavior in rats to a certain extent.However,a moderate intensity swimming exercise intervention in the swimming training is more conducive to ease the aggressive behavior in rats.(7)From the content data of 5-HIAA in the hippocampus of rats can be seen:CG>IG>MG>SG>AG>LG.The different intensity swimming training in swimming intervention can reduce the content of 5-HIAA in hippocampus of rats with ease in a certain extent,but the decrease of moderate intensity swimming Training to all eviate the content of 5-HIAA in the hippocampus of rats was more obvious.Therefore,the different intensity swimming graining in swimming intervention can alleviate the aggressive behavior in rats to a certain extent.However,a moderate intensity swimming exercise intervention in the swimming training is more conducive to ease the aggressive behavior in rats.(8)From rats hippocampal Trp content can be seen:CG>IG>MG>SG>AG>LG.The different intensity swimming training in swimming Intervention can reduce the ease content of Trp in hippocampus of rats to some extent,but the decrease of moderate intensity swimming training to alleviate the hippocampus Tip content in rats was more obvious.Therefore,the different intensity swimming training in swimming intervention can alleviate the aggressive behavior in rats to a certain extent.However,a moderate intensity swimming exercise intervention in the swimming training is more conducive to ease the aggressive behavior in rats.Conclusion:(1)swimming exercise intervention under moderate intensity swimming training is more conducive to slow down the speed of weight growth of aggressive behavior in rats,slow attacks in aggressive behavior in rats,increase the attack latency of aggressive behavior in rats,reduce the aggressive behavior in rats stand number,slow attack rats behavior modification times decrease,reducing the distance of a rat.(2)swimming exercise intervention under different intensity swimming training can improve rat hippocampus 5-HT,5-HIAA,Trp content in a certain extent,but in swimming exercise intervention of moderate intensity swimming training increased in hippocampus of rats with 5-HT,5-HIAA,Trp content is more obvious.Therefore,the moderate intensity of swimming training is more favorable for the relief of the rats.
