| The basic goal of junior high school education is to train the outstanding talents who are in line with the needs of social development.As an important part of the curriculum system,morality and rule of law play an irreplaceable and key role in developing students ’moral sentiment and promoting the rule of law accomplishment.Morality and rule of law come from practice,serve practice and develop into practice.Therefore,in the teaching of morality and rule of law in junior high school,it is beneficial not only to socialize the classroom teaching,but also to integrate the classroom theory with the social development and promote the comprehensive development of students ’quality.At present,many junior middle schools attach more and more importance to the social practice of "Ethics and Rule of Law",and push forward all kinds of work gradually.However,due to the limitation of subjective and objective conditions,the social practice of "Ethics and Rule of Law" in junior middle school is still lacking in practice.Based on the analysis of the core concepts,this paper,guided by the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era of Xi Jinping,points out that it is necessary to deepen the curriculum teaching and promote the all-round development of students to carry out the social practice activities of morality and rule of law in junior middle school.From the two levels of teachers and students,this paper makes a survey and study on the present situation of the social practice activities of "Ethics and Rule of Law" in a junior high school,summarizes the actual situation of the social practice activities,analyzes the problems such as the lack of strong organizational consciousness,weak organizational capacity and lack of organizational motivation,and from schools,teachers and student’s One is to set the goal of social practice activities scientifically,and highlight the effectiveness,hierarchy,development and humanity of the goal.Second,the content of social practice should be accurately formulated,so that the content should be "tasty","moderate","selective","white";Third,through strengthening positive guidance,student subject,scene reappearance,problem-oriented,group cooperation to innovate social practice education methods;Fourth,through innovation management concept,perfect management system,strengthen the organization guarantee,innovation evaluation method,enhance the professional accomplishment of teachers and other strengthening social practice environment support. |
