| Since the 18 th Party Congress,our Party has clearly proposed that education should serve the socialist modernization construction,made moral education the fundamental task of education,and cultivated well-rounded socialist builders and successors.Sound personality cultivation helps junior high school students show and release their own personality traits,and the formation of personality qualities of junior high school students will have an important impact on their future study,work and life.The cultivation of sound personality is particularly important in order to create ideal,competent and responsible newcomers of the times for the country,thus accelerating the pace of achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.As the key course of moral education,Ethics and the Rule of Law class must take up the important task of cultivating the sound personality of young people.This paper uses the literature research method and induction method to conduct the study,which is divided into four parts:In the first part,we first define the concept of sound personality,explain its theoretical basis,and put forward the necessity of cultivating sound personality based on: first,practicing the new teaching reform concept and promoting students’ all-round development;second,realistic requirements for realizing effective teaching in morality and rule of law classes;and third,the need to cultivate new people of the times who have ideals,skills and responsibilities.In the second part,as the main channel of moral education,how to cultivate a sound personality? This paper focuses on the link of teaching implementation,this part takes the seventh grade "morality and the rule of law" in the textbook "Do a better self" as an example of teaching design and teaching implementation.It is believed that teaching design and teaching implementation should establish the teaching concept oriented by core literacy,always take student development as the center,and pay attention to the overall development of students.Dig deep into the teaching resources about the cultivation of sound personality in the teaching materials,flexibly use teaching methods,and teaching activities are carried out for the relevant teaching content,so as to implement the cultivation of sound personality into the teaching implementation and teaching objectives.Through the implementation of "Be a Better Self",we believe that the classroom teaching pays attention to students ’individual differences and the shaping of students’ personality,the play of students ’subjectivity and the cultivation of students’ comprehensive quality.In the third part,through the classroom implementation of "Be Better" and the current analysis of the questionnaire survey,the problems in the cultivation of sound personality of junior high school students in morality and rule of law are revealed,for example,students fail to fully combine the theory of sound personality with practice;the students’ independent learning is not fully reflected,and the causes of the problems are analyzed;the lack of the evaluation mechanism of sound personality in teaching,and the lack of the implementation of classroom learning objectives.In the fourth part,on the basis of analyzing the effectiveness and problems of classroom implementation,the following suggestions are put forward to enhance the cultivation of students’ sound personality in the teaching of Morality and Rule of Law: firstly,digging deeper into teaching resources and using the special section of teaching materials;secondly,carrying out classroom activities to ensure effective infiltration;thirdly,optimizing the teaching evaluation of cultivating sound personality;fourthly,externalizing in action to ensure effective connection inside and outside the classroom. |
