Objective:This study is based on previous research on the basis of self control, focusing on Taekwondo training to individual positive and negative emotion and self control ability of "dose effect" in the intermediary role model test of emotional self control ability of Taekwondo training affect the students,in order to reveal the mediating role of emotion self-control in Taekwondo training and college students provide the basis for the study of Taekwondo training, improve the psychological mechanism of College Students' self control ability.Subjects and methods:using the method of convenience sampling, choosing a University of Nanjing City Taekwondo club members into the new tactics as the research object, the use of positive and negative emotion scale and the scale of 72 college students were measured before self control, excluding higher self-control,retention of 60 subjects, which were divided into a week a low rate of exercise group, medium frequency group weekly exercises three times weekly exercises, high frequency group five times, the school also selected 20 normal students as the control group. All the experimental groups were trained for 12 weeks in Taekwondo. After the end of the experiment, the life events scale was used to eliminate subjects who were interfered with major events during the experiment. The positive and negative emotion scale and the self control scale were used again for the rest of the subjects, and the data of the two tests were collected, and the spss19.0 was used to analyze the data.Firstly, single factor variance analysis and paired sample T test between groups and within each group, after using Pearson correlation analysis of Taekwondo training frequency, emotion, self control variables were 22 analysis, finally to test the mediating role of positive emotion and negative emotion were used to test the mediating effect.Results:(1)the experimental group self control ability and before the experiment there is a significant difference between the control group before and after the experiment, self control ability has no obvious change;(2)after the experiment group and the low rate of medium frequency group between the self-control ability do not exist significant differences, but there are significant differences the high frequency group and the other two experimental groups of self control ability;(3)the experimental group and the positive emotion level before the experiment there were significant differences, while the control group had no significant difference before and after the experiment, positive emotion level, while the experimental groups between group of positive emotion level there are significant differences;(4)the low frequency group of negative emotion level before the experiment and no significant changes, while the medium frequency group and high frequency group negative emotion level before and after the experiment there were significant There were significant differences in the level of negative emotions between the experimental groups.(5)positive emotion and negative emotion played a complete mediating effect between Taekwondo training frequency and individual self control.Research conclusions:(1)Taekwondo training can enhance the self control ability, and enhance the training frequency is higher relatively more significant self control ability;(2)Taekwondo training can bring the improvement of individual emotion,in order to reduce the performance increase positive emotions and negative emotions;(3)the effect of Taekwondo training on individual self control is the ability to achieve the emotion as the intermediary variable, the mediating role between play and emotional in Taekwondo training frequency and self control ability.
