This paper analyses four boat on Shandong women's rowing team for the Thirteenth National Games as the research object,observe four different boats during the competition and training support for different frequency transformation training score changes and physiological characteristics,the control model is established according to the years of preparation and training experience of the different branches of the boat paddle frequency change training and athletic performance,to a good reference for training and competition,and steps to improve players physicalfunctions,realize sports performance leap.Provide a theoretical basis for future data and control of rowing training more scientific training methods.A new control paddle frequency training from 2000 M Some results can be seen before,after the error is very small in the basic principle which is consistent with the kinetic energy of a uniform motion of constant velocity,more conducive to play sports performance.Research on stroke frequency transformation training has important theoretical and practical significance in competition and training.This study used the method of literature,expert interviews,empirical research method and mathematical statistics method,in Shandong for the Thirteenth National Games women's four different rowing in the three months before the training process,the research achievements and different frequency transformation before and after the first half of the results of the analysis,draw the following conclusions:1.to the Shandong women's rowing team preparing for the Thirteenth National Games as the research object,to change the stroke frequency of the experimental variable,the body with lactic acid oar frequency brought by different changes as the dependent variable,according to the experimental results,experimental study that the selected index is reasonable.2.to observe the performance changes and physiological characteristics of different rowing frequency training in four different rowing competitions during preparation and training.The results show that the change of lactic acid value can reflect the results of athletes' sports,and the stroke length,the increase of tempo training.And measured the speed of the ship,find the oar frequency for this team and draw from the collocation,at the fastest speed.2.can refer to two stroke rhythm characteristics,combined with the technical characteristics of rowing team,to find a suitable team paddling rhythm,and practice,master,which is the basis for the team oarsmanship stability,keep the speed stable.3.a complete exercise cycle,pull back stage or stage award time and time allocation is an important factor to improve the performance of dynamometer.Sufficient time to prepare to award for the next cycle,including joint return to quasi pressure by teaching attitude,change the initial length of muscle,muscle stretch angle so,these factors can influence the pressure ring muscle work.4.the training process not excessive pursuit of high frequency low frequency oar training helps to increase the angle of joint activities and increase the recovery stage for motion cycle,can
