In 2017,China recently promulgated the Mathematics Curriculum Standard of General Senior High School.Compared with the Standard of Mathematics Curriculum(experiment)issued in 2003,the new curriculum standard has new changes and new developments in content and form.One of the highlights of this is to highlight the six core qualities of senior high school mathematics,in which mathematical modeling is for the first time the core accomplishment of the high middle school mathematics curriculum.Thus,it can be seen that the new curriculum standard attaches importance to mathematical modeling.And put forward the higher request to the student's mathematics modeling ability.For the popularization of mathematical modeling in senior high school mathematics teaching,both at home and abroad,it is the key and difficult point of mathematics teaching,therefore,many students can not effectively build mathematical model to solve the problems when dealing with mathematical application problems.Therefore,mathematical modeling has always been an important topic that mathematics educators focus on.By investigating the mathematical modeling level of senior high school students in a public senior high school and referring to the newly issued curriculum standards,this paper draws a conclusion that the mathematical modeling level of local high school students is at what level.And find out the related factors that affect the mathematics modeling level of senior high school students.By investigating the present situation of mathematics teaching in local senior high school students,reasonable suggestions are provided for mathematics modeling teaching and mathematics modeling course for senior high school students.The thesis is divided into five parts:the first part mainly introduces the research background of the thesis and expounds its research purpose and significance.The second part is literature review,combed the relevant mathematical modeling of the related literature at home and abroad,mainly introduces the related concepts of mathematical modeling analysis,research and teaching of high school mathematical modeling level of mathematical modeling and research of high school students,The third part is the research design of the thesis,including research object,content,target,method and test volume design.The fourth part is the statistics and analysis of the test results,which is the core content of the thesis.The fifth part is the conclusion,summarizes the main conclusions of this thesis,and puts forward some suggestions on the teaching of mathematical modeling,and finally points out the shortcomings of this study.
