In the history of our country,private education has a long history and culture.The establishment of new China private education stopped for decades,and after the reform and opening up as well as the modern higher education from "elite" to "popularization" of transformation,to reborn again many private colleges in our country,and has the unprecedented development opportunity.However,faced with the increasing demand for high-quality talents and the competition of education system at home and abroad,the private colleges in China are facing unprecedented challenges.Facts have proved that the traditional management system of private colleges and universities has been more and more unable to adapt to the current social needs,parents' needs,students' needs,and even the needs of staff within the school organization,the reform is urgent,which needs to start from the root.As we all know,the construction of organizational culture is the fundamental way to build a harmonious organizational culture atmosphere.Only by strengthening the construction of organizational culture can we effectively enhance the dynamic role of the members of the organization,strengthen the cohesion of the organization,and ensure the steady progress of the organization.More talent for the community.Therefore,this paper takes the private Sichuan TY College as an example,from the perspective of "organizational culture evaluation",combined with the current situation of research and development of organizational culture at home and abroad and the characteristics of organizational culture in private colleges and universities in China.Comparing the theory of organizational culture evaluation at home and abroad and its advantages and disadvantages,through the combination of qualitative research and quantitative research,the questionnaire of organizational culture status is designed,and the OCAI scale is used to evaluate and research.Based on the deep analysis of the organizational culture construction of the privately run Sichuan TY College,this paper probes into the problems existing in the process of the college's organizational culture construction at present,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for further improving the organizational culture construction of the college.
