Where is the way out of non-academic training school? With the progress of society, the ascension of people’s education concept and the growth of demand for high-quality educational resources, public education become less capable of filling the needs of most people, which make private non-academic education become more and more important. So, the continuous development of non-academic training school has become the concern in the educational theory and practices at home and abroad. Nowadays, the education investment is growing and the "hardware" of schools is improving, which makes the diversity of school running condition narrowed. However, the gap of teaching quality and social reputation between public schools and private training schools is still visible. Therefore, the research which focuses on what factors cause the gap and how to promote the sustained and healthy development of private non-academic training school will be of great practical significance.From the point of organizational culture of private non-academic training schools, this paper is going to discuss the idea that an excellent organizational culture is the core of private non-academic training schools. The organization’s culture can provide a great platform for the development of the faculty and train talents for the society. So its construction is self-evident. This paper will start with the current situation of organizational culture of schools, and analyze the four parts of organizational culture of schools, material culture of schools, spiritual culture of schools, systemic culture of schools, and behavior culture of schools, by discussing the meaning of organizational culture in school’s administration. This paper regards the four elements of organizational culture of private non-academic training school as a unity, centering on the construction of spirit culture of this kind of school. Basing on the real situation of organizational culture of schools, this study will analyze the situation with those four elements and find out the insufficiencies of organizational culture of these schools. It can be concluded that mangers of private non-academic training schools doesn’t have a full side understanding in organizational culture in practice.According to the analyses and discusses in the front part of this paper, in the last part the writer puts forward to the systemic thinking of constructing school culture of private non-academic training schools, that is, with the spiritual culture construction as the core, based on the material culture to ensure that a culture of the system to act culture as manifested in the thinking and understanding. I have also used questionnaires and some "stories" happened on students、teachers and leaders to describe things about school’s organization culture.In the aspect of construction of organization culture, there is a long way to go for private non-academic training schools. It requires not only that all school staff have higher theoretical level and practical experience, but also that all the faculty study and improve the organization culture of private non-academic training schools. All these will promote the private non-academic education career forward.
