Research On The Optimization Strategy Of Chongqing College Students' Entrepreneurship Policy

Under the call of Premier Li Keqiang's "Mass Entrepreneurship,all kinds of Innovation",the enthusiasm of Mass Entrepreneurship is constantly rising,and the university students' entrepreneurial work has also achieved good results.As the only municipality directly under the Central Government in the western region,Chongqing is also actively constructing its own characteristics of university students entrepreneurship policy system.In recent years,in order to provide more entrepreneurial help for college students,Chongqing has issued a series of supporting policies on entrepreneurship of college students,such as establishing incubating base of entrepreneurship,granting small loans to college students to start their own businesses and so on.But at the same time,there are still some problems,such as imperfect policy system and insufficient pertinence,which restrict the college students in Chongqing.The efficient development of the industry.In order to further improve the effectiveness of college students' entrepreneurship policy in Chongqing,it is necessary to study the current situation and optimization strategy of its policy system.In this study,the entrepreneurship policy of college students in Chongqing is classified into six categories: entrepreneurship education policy,entrepreneurship training policy,entrepreneurship incubation policy,venture investment and financing policy,entrepreneurial business support policy and entrepreneurial public service policy.Secondly,the current policy is combed through literature analysis,and its implementation status is summarized.Then,based on the model of customer-oriented policy evaluation,from the six dimensions of policy importance degree,awareness degree,utilization degree,difficulty degree,practical validity,satisfaction degree,through the data survey,"6 � 6" of Chongqing University students' Entrepreneurship Policy from the Perspective of University Entrepreneur in Chongqing In this paper,the author sums up the existing problems and the causes of the problems.Finally,to Chongqing university student entrepreneurship policy puts forward the pertinence optimization suggestion.Specifically,this study is divided into the following six parts: the first part,introduction.First of all,the background and significance of the research on the entrepreneurship policy of college students in Chongqing are analyzed.Then literature research on the relevant research results at home and abroad,and typical practices andexperiences are summarized,focusing on learning to build the theory of entrepreneurship policy for college students.Finally,the article's research ideas and methods are designed.The second part: the definition of concept and theoretical basis.The core concepts of college students' entrepreneurship,entrepreneurship policy and college students' entrepreneurship policy are summarized,and the definitions in this study are summarized.On the basis of this,the theory of entrepreneurship is fully studied.In2003,the theory of public policy and the theory of customer-oriented policy evaluation were deeply analyzed.The third part: Chongqing University students' Entrepreneurship Policy effect.From six kinds of policies,such as entrepreneurship education policy and entrepreneurship training policy,this paper combs the entrepreneurship policy of college students in Chongqing,and analyzes and summarizes the results achieved by the entrepreneurship policy of Chongqing university students at present.The fourth part: the empirical study on the entrepreneurship policy of Chongqing university students.Based on the model of customer-oriented policy evaluation,this paper makes an empirical analysis of the implementation of entrepreneurship policy of college students in Chongqing from the perspectives of policy importance,awareness and utilization through questionnaires and interviews.Analysis: it includes the design of the research,the construction of the "6*6" customer oriented evaluation model,the implementation and analysis of the research,the conclusion and analysis of the research.Finally summarizes the Chongqing university student entrepreneurship policy question.The Fifth part: the optimization strategy of Chongqing university students' entrepreneurship policy.Aiming at the problems of entrepreneurship policy for college students in Chongqing,this paper puts forward four suggestions on policy optimization from four aspects: deepening entrepreneurship education policy,perfecting entrepreneurial finance policy,perfecting venture financing policy,and improving public service policy of entrepreneurship.The Sixth Part: conclusion and prospect.Summarize the whole research in this paper,and put forward some ideas about the related theories and the development of reality in the future.And prospects.
