Research On The Development And Utilization Of Alumni Resources Of Local Colleges And Universities From The Perspective Of Employment And Entrepreneurship

With the development of higher education,resource competition among colleges and universities has intensified.Local colleges and universities are the backbone of our country's higher education.However,local colleges and universities are disadvantaged in terms of educational funds and educational resources compared with affiliated universities.This has led local college students to face greater employment competition and pressure.Local colleges and universities must strive for educational resources through various channels,improve the quality of personnel training,enhance the competitiveness of students,and promote student employment and entrepreneurship.Alumni resources are unique advantages resources for colleges and universities.The development and utilization of alumni resources by local colleges and universities can improve the quality of personnel training,increase the level of employment and entrepreneurship work,help students find jobs and start businesses,and better solve employment problems.In order to better promote the employment and entrepreneurship of local college students,this paper takes the employment and entrepreneurship as the perspective,and comprehensively utilizes literature research methods,interviews,and questionnaire survey.Taking A university of local universities as an example and studying the status,problems and causes of the development and utilization of alumni resources local colleges and universities in employment and entrepreneurship.Through the statistical analysis of the survey results,it has been found that the development and utilization of alumni resources of A University has made some achievements,but there are some problems such as lack of overall planning,the lack of deep development in the education of employment and the lack of students' knowledge of alumni resources.The main reasons for these problems are mainly due to insufficient attention to the role of alumni resources in employment and entrepreneurship,ignorance of quasi-alumni status of students in university,and lack of alumni service and maintenance of alumni resources.Finally,this paper proposes targeted countermeasures for local colleges and universities to fully develop and utilize alumni resources and promote students' employment and entrepreneurship,including perfecting the working mechanism,providing alumni with diversified services,and building an interactive platform between alumni and students,fully exploiting the alumni resources to improve employment and entrepreneurshipeducation,and paying attention to the cultivation of alumni awareness of students.
