An Analysis Of The Match Between Pre-employment Training, Recruitment Assessment And Needs Of Physical Education Teachers In Primary And Secondary Schools In Tianjin

With the deepening of the reform of physical education curriculum,the educational concept and role of teachers are changing.Not only does it pose a new challenge to the ability of PE teachers in middle and primary school,but also it puts forward a new requirement for the cultivation and appointment of PE teachers in middle and primary school.Through in-depth analysis of the personnel to be recruited in Tianjin in recent three years,it is found that there is a dislocation between pre-service cultivation,recruitment and requirement of PE teacher's professional ability in middle and primary school in Tianjin.Based on the summary of existing research,this study mainly adopts the method of questionnaire to investigate the matching of pre-service cultivation,recruitment and requirement of PE teacher's professional ability in middle and primary school in Tianjin.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The professional ability of five majors(fields)students in Tianjin is in the middle and high level.Compared with students majoring in physical education,master of Physical Education(physical teaching),master of Physical Education(sports training),physical education and training,and sports training are get better hold of professional ability.(2)There is a certain degree of mismatch about concept of teaching,general knowledge,sports skills,organization and guidance ability,teaching skills and knowledge of basic motor skills between the pre-service cultivation and recruitment of PE teacher's professional ability in middle and primary school in Tianjin.(3)The requirement for PE teachers' professional ability in Tianjin is at a high level,mainly including problem solving ability,professional ethics,learning ability,teaching skills,and so on.(4)There is a certain degree of mismatch about professional ethics,problem solving ability,organization and guidance ability,sports skills,general knowledge,teaching skills an knowledge of basic motor skills between the pre-service cultivation and recruitment of PE teacher's professional ability in middle and primary school in Tianjin.(5)The professional ability of students in five majors(fields),including physical education,sports training,physical education and training,master of Physical Education(physical teaching)and master of Physical Education(sports training)do not meet the needs of secondary and primary schools in Tianjin.There is a certain degree of mismatch between the pre-service cultivation and requirement of PE teacher's professional ability in middle and primary school in Tianjin.(6)There is a certain degree of mismatch about professional ethics,problem solving ability,organization and guidance ability,sports skills,general knowledge,teaching skills an knowledge of basic motor skills between the recruitment and requirement of PE teacher's professional ability in middle and primary school in Tianjin.
