With the deepening of social reforms,social issues continue to be highlighted,and social work as a professional to help people is pushed onto the stage of history,and has been recognized,supported,and advocated by the government.Since 2015,the government work report mentioned the need to strengthen and innovate social governance,and emphasized the development of professional social work,volunteer services and philanthropy.The development of social work is entering the fast lane.Regardless of whether it is professional higher education or professional development,it has received extensive attention.However,the social work institutions in our country are still faced with a huge gap in social work professionals.At the same time,the turnover rate of social workers in social service agencies throughout China has remained high.Today,with the rapid development of social work professionalization,it is very important to understand the status of social workers' professional identity,and from the perspective of the social work practitioners of the institutions under investigation,they can also understand the shortcomings of the professional development of social work in the present,and thus contribute to society.The professional development of the work proposed reasonable and well-founded suggestions.In this article,the author studies the status quo of occupational identity of social workers in Qingdao from the three dimensions of career cognition,professional emotion,and professional behavior,and selects a number of variables and occupational identity factors for correlation analysis.The influencing factors of professional social identity of institutional social workers,and then put forward recommendations and countermeasures to enhance the professional identity of institutional social workers,in order to achieve the purpose of enhancing the social identity of social workers and stabilizing the ranks of social workers.
