Research On The Cultivation Of Ideals And Beliefs Of College Students In The New Era

The new era is the time of everyone.The blueprint for realizing and realizing the modernization and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation is the best opportunity for college students to meet.In order to truly become a participant,witness and practitioner of the goals and tasks of the new era,college students must consciously set up a scientific and lofty ideal and belief,which is not only the internal requirement to realize the overall development of the college students,but also the practical requirement for the goal of the new era.Based on this,this study takes the type,nature,hierarchy,persistence,stability and practice of College Students' ideal and belief as a breakthrough point to investigate the related situation of College Students' ideal and belief from a multidimensional perspective.The results show that college students' ideals and beliefs and their cultivation both have some characteristics of the times,highlighting a series of problems.On the problem of College Students' ideal and belief,one is that some college students lack of ideal and belief consciousness,and their cognition is vague.Not only is the connotations of ideal belief inaccurate,but also the lack of communism and great ideals and the common ideal of socialism with Chinese characteristics;two is the loss of the ideal and belief structure of some college students.In general,there is a general concern that personal ideals are lacking in social ideals and low levels of tendencies.Three,the ideal and belief of some college students is vulgar and low level.In the choice of ideals and beliefs,they are often linked to their own interests and neglect the development needs of the state and society,lack of attention to moral values and other spiritual values;and four,the ideals and beliefs of some college students are crisp.Weak,the lack of courage in the determination of frustration and perseverance,stability and persistence is poor;five is a part of College Students' ideal and belief is disjointed,presenting a dream of empty and so on.And the problems of Cultivating College Students'ideals and beliefs are reflected in the uneven level of the cultivator,the lack of content of the cultivation of content,the single cultivation mode,the complex cultivation of the environment and the insufficient resultant force.The reason is that both college students' own factors and school,family and social factors.In the new era,the cultivation of College Students' ideals and beliefs should be put into practice.First of all,the key role of school education should be given full play.By strengthening the construction of the teachers' team,the synergy effect of the teachers' ideal and belief cultivation should be brought into play.By insisting on the coexistence of various cultivation methods,the University's physiological and belief knowledge and unity should be promoted,and the main canal should be used well.To give full play to the positive role of Ideological and political theory in the cultivation of College Students' ideals and beliefs,we should strengthen the construction of "the two micro end" and promote the deep integration of the ideal faith cultivation and the new media platform.We should actively expand the social practice and promote the organic unity of the cognitive accomplishment and the external practice of the college students.We should strengthen the theoretical education,improve the level of theoretical cognition of college students,pay attention to the level of education,promote the unity of College Students' ideal and good personality,strengthen the reflection education,realize the organic unification of the physical education and internal constraints of the college students,and carry out the setback.To achieve the unity of ideals and beliefs and perseverance of college students,we should optimize the campus environment and create a good atmosphere for ideals and beliefs.Secondly,parents should demonstrate the "ego"education concept,pay attention to the high level guidance of the ideal and belief of college students,and give full play to the basic role of family education.Thirdly,we should play an important role in social education by integrating social resources,purifying social atmosphere and building practical platforms.Finally,we should constantly improve the theoretical quality,ideological and moral quality and professional quality of college students,and give full play to the main role of College Students' self education.Under the guidance of multi pronged approach,we should constantly guide college students to strengthen their political positions,establish lofty ideals and beliefs,and truly shoulder the responsibilities and missions entrusted by the times.
