As an important part of school-based teaching and research activities,collective lesson preparation has attracted more and more educators’ attention because of its unique functions.However,due to various factors,collective lesson preparation does not really play its role,and there are many problems in practice.In order to improve collective lesson preparation activities of history teachers in junior middle school,and really play the teaching preparation and teaching research function of collective lesson preparation,it is necessary for us to study collective lesson preparation of history teachers in junior middle school.I study collective lesson preparation of history teachers in junior middle school from the following four parts in this article.The first part of this article is the introduction.With practice,I discuss the origin of the topic of this article from two aspects of theoretical and practical significance.On the basis of looking up relevant materials at home and abroad,I analyze the research status from the following two aspects:the study of collective lesson preparation and the study of collective lesson preparation of history teachers in middle school.Based on the previous research results and my own deep thinking,I decide on the research ideas and methods of this article.Compared with previous studies,I point out the innovation of this article.The second part of this article is the summary of collective lesson preparation of history teachers in junior middle school.In order to deepen the understanding of collective lesson preparation of history teachers in junior middle school,I expound the concept,the significance,the forms,the process and the basic requirements of collective lesson preparation of history teachers in junior middle school,so as to correctly guide the practice of collective lesson preparation of history teachers in junior middle school.The third part of this article is the reality of collective lesson preparation of history teachers in junior middle school.Based on the existing research results of collective lesson preparation,I design the questionnaire and interview outline for collective lesson preparation of history teachers in junior middle school so as to investigate and study the teachers.Based on the analysis of the survey results,I point out the problems existing in organization and management,training and guidance,participation,implementation,activity evaluation,reward and punishment of collective lesson preparation of history teachers in junior middle school currently,and analyze the reasons of these problems in terms of both the schools and the teachers.The fourth part of this article is the strategies of collective lesson preparation of history teachers in junior middle school.In view of the problems existing in collective lesson preparation of history teachers in junior middle school,I provide the strategies from the following three aspects.First,in terms of system,we should improve the management system of collective lesson preparation of history teachers in junior middle school,reform the evaluation system of collective lesson preparation of history teachers in junior middle school,and rebuild the incentive system of collective lesson preparation of history teachers in junior middle school.Second,in professional training and guidance,we should increase professional guidance of collective lesson preparation of history teachers in junior middle school,and make the specific rules of collective lesson preparation of history teachers in junior middle school clear.Third,in activity atmosphere,we should create a cooperative atmosphere and scientific research atmosphere of collective lesson preparation of history teachers in junior middle school.
